What are your operating hours?
Our showroom at 1094 Huff Rd NW. Atlanta, GA 30318 is open seven days a week. Open most summer holidays and closed Independence Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years Day.

Monday - Saturday: 10am - 6pm
Sunday: Noon - 5pm

We are also available by appointment. Call 404-525-1995 to setup your appointment.
How long have you been in business?
AuthenTEAK Outdoor Furniture was established in 2003 and our first showroom opened in March of 2004.
How do I buy a gift card?
You may purchase a gift card by calling our showroom at 866-350-8325 during business hours and we will be happy to assist you.
Where are the shipping costs?
Majority of our products listed on our website ship for FREE. You can locate more details on the product page in the Shipping Info tab. On the Shipping Info tab the details include Product Shipping Time, Shipping Charge (FREE, To be quoted, Freight Delivery Charge, and Calculated Shipping which is displayed at Checkout), Shipping Method (Freight or Ground), and Assembly.

Calculated shipping is used on cleaning products, outdoor fabrics, grill accessories, doormats, fireglass, outdoor curtains, furniture covers, umbrella covers and lighting accessories. These products have a small shipping charge that range from $9 - $15+.
Do you drop ship?
Yes. We ship direct from our manufacturers when possible, as well as from our Atlanta warehouse. Our goal is to ship your order using the quickest option available that will ensure that your complete order arrives at one time. Depending upon the items ordered, your order may ship from multiple locations. Please review our Shipping Policy for more information.
Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii or the Caribbean?
At this time we cannot process orders to Alaska, Hawaii or the Caribbean through our website shopping cart. To complete your order to these locations please call our showroom at 866-350-8325 during business hours and we will be happy to assist you.
Do you offer International Shipping?
At this time we cannot process International orders through our website shopping cart. To receive shipping quotes and complete your order to these locations please call our showroom at 866-350-8325 during business hours and we will be happy to assist you.
What are the different shipping methods you offer?
Majority of our products listed on our website ship for FREE with our Standard Delivery option. We also offer an upgrade to White Glove for a flat fee; the Service provider will carefully unpack, inspect and assemble each item, place the item(s) where you want it to go, and take all the packaging with them when they leave. It is recommended for furniture, cantilevers, and single table purchases, or if you require the product to be brought to a specific location. (*Does not include installation or connection to gas lines, installation of cantilever mount kits, or sand for cantilever bases.)

What is your Return Policy?
All sales are final unless otherwise discussed at time of purchase. When appropriate you may be given authorization for returning a product. Please find more information on our Return Policy page.

We carefully inspect each item prior to shipment, and may also require your inspection and signature upon delivery. Should you discover a defect in your shipment, please contact AuthenTEAK at 866.350.8325 immediately. There may be errors in the prices, descriptions or images of certain merchandise, and AuthenTEAK may reserve the right to restrict orders of those items.
Does my product have a warranty?
Yes, all products have a manufacturer warranty. These manufacturer warranties differ from company to company and are product specific. Warranty information is located on each individual product page under the Warranty Tab or you can view our Warranties page.

If a problem should arise which you feel is covered by the Manufacturer's Warranty, please contact us at 404-525-1995. Please have your original purchase transaction receipt/record clearly displaying purchase date which is required to activate all warranty claims. Pictures of the warranty claim may be required to assist in the claim process. Damage resulting from the misuse, alteration, negligence, accident or normal wear is not covered by warranty. Please make sure any warranty claim is accompanied by the necessary information to satisfy the warranty requirements.
How accurate are the colors and dimensions?
Product colors shown in a catalog, on an electronic device (computer, mobile phone, tablet, etc.) or other media may vary from the actual color of the product in person. If you need samples to review the color, or have questions, please call us at 404-525-1995 (or toll-free outside metro Atlanta at 866-350-8325). Product dimensions are approximations. Due to the hand-crafted nature of most items, the actual product dimensions may vary slightly from those presented. Conversion from the Metric to the US/Imperial measurement systems may also result in variations of the dimensions presented.
Why don't some products have pricing?
Some of our outdoor furniture and grill suppliers/manufacturers prohibit us from publishing pricing on-line. Also, another group of our suppliers/manufacturers do allow us to publish pricing, but the prices they require us to publish are actually above the price we sell the exact item for in our showroom. If you do not see a price, or for best available pricing, please call us at 404-525-1995 (or toll-free outside metro Atlanta at 866-350-8325).
What is product availability like?
We make every effort to display the most current and accurate product inventory information. We will notify you directly in the event that a product’s availability date changes. Please contact AuthenTEAK for additional information.
Can I request a fabric swatch?
Yes, we accept fabric swatch requests on individual product pages. If the product you are interested in does not have a request swatch feature or you cannot locate the fabric swatch you are looking for please contact AuthenTEAK for additional information.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
You only have to pay sales tax if you are located in the same state as our West Midtown showroom in Atlanta, GA. If you wish to be exempt from sales tax in Georgia, please download and return our Sales Tax Exemption form.
Do you work with the trade?
Yes. We have special trade services and pricing available for approved applications. Simply complete our Trade Application Form online or download the Trade Application PDF and email info@authenteak.com or fax 404.477.1428 all requested documents. You may also submit a Credit Authorization Form. If you wish to be exempt from sales tax in Georgia, please download the Sales Tax Exemption Form.
When did you move and expand to your current location?
We moved to our current 1094 Huff Road showroom in March 2006 where we expanded from our original 1,200 sq. ft. downtown location to our current 8,500 sq. ft. space. At that time, we expanded from a teak only outdoor furniture showroom to incorporate high-quality traditional and contemporary outdoor furniture made of wicker, metal and stone. We soon added accessories such as rugs, umbrellas and grills. Once firmly established in our Huff Road location, we then added another 1,000 sq. ft. of showroom space in December 2007 as we eliminated unused office space. Then in March of 2008, we converted our existing warehouse into another 5,500 square feet of showroom space (totally 15,000+ sq. ft.) creating Atlanta's largest in-town outdoor furniture showroom. A true destination location for all things outdoor. At the same time, we expanded our on-site warehouse to 10,000 sq. ft.
Are you an 'internet only' company?
No. We are an innovative organization combining the benefits and features of a 'brick 'n mortar' showroom along with an website to enhance the shopping experience. We also believe our website provides added convenience as your shopping experience is open 365 days a year, 24 hours a day.
What do the icons mean over the product images?

Where does your teak furniture come from?
Over 99% of our teak furniture comes from Indonesia where the wood is government managed and plantation grown. The government agency managing the process is called the 'Perum Perhutani' which is a state owned forest enterprise that manages the country's forests. None of this Indonesian teak is 'old growth' or from a rainforest. The teak we use is not indigenous to Indonesia and does not cause any environmental harm. 100% of our teak outdoor furniture is 'Grade A'.
How much of your outdoor furniture and grills are made in China?
Very little (less than 5%). Majority of our grills are made in the U.S.A. and absolutely none of our wood, cast aluminum or stone furniture is made in China. A few of our all-weather wicker collections are made in China. The rest of our all-weather wicker is made in Indonesia or the Philippines. The wood products come from the country where the climate is ideal for growing a particular species (Indonesia for teak and Brazil for Brazilian Cherry). Outside of the U.S.A., other countries of origin for our products include Spain, Italy and England.
Do you sell replacement parts for Garden Treasures or Treasure Island?
We do not carry any products or sell replacement parts for Garden Treasures or Treasure Island. Garden Treasures and Treasure Island are sold at hardware department stores like Lowes. We sell Treasure Garden; this company has over 25 years of experience and will continue to lead the industry in style and innovation. AuthenTEAK carries the full line of Treasure Garden products.
What size umbrella or cantilever will fit over my furniture?
Solar radiation can dramatically change the temperatures of an object that it hits, heating it far above the actual air temperature. The proper shade over your dining or deep seating areas can reduce the temperature up to 20%. A sweltering 95° can become a comfortable 80° with the proper shade!
