If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you must Contact us to obtain a Return Authorization before shipping it back. All returned items must include the Return Authorization number provided and be in the original packaging and in the condition in which it was received to qualify for replacement or refund subject to the conditions below.
Your returned merchandise will be examined upon receipt to confirm the reason for the return. Once merchandise is received and reviewed you will receive a replacement or refund to the original purchase method, minus any shipping charges, including the cost of Free outbound shipping, or restocking fees incurred subject to the policies listed below:
Special Orders are any items not stocked by AuthenTEAK which must be ordered from manufacturer. These items are subject to a 20% restocking fee and the customer will be responsible for shipping back as well as a charge for outbound shipping if Free Shipping was used. Special Order items must be shipped back in their original packaging as new. Please call us if you are not sure if the items you are considering are Special Order.
Custom orders are custom-made upon order and are non-cancellable, non-returnable and non-refundable with the exception of manufacturer defects or damages. Customers will have 24 hours from placement of custom orders to cancel.
Custom Orders include furniture cushions, upholstered furniture, Solair awnings and umbrella canopies in special order fabrics. If you are not sure if the products in your shopping cart are custom orders, please contact the showroom for assistance before placing your order.
Returned outdoor curtains must be shipped back with the original packaging. A 20% restocking fee and a deduction for the cost of Free outbound shipping will apply to any returned outdoor curtain order.
We stand by our products 100% and will gladly replace or refund any furniture which arrives damaged or defective. Please refer to our information on Receiving and Inspecting Merchandise to learn how to handle damaged deliveries.
To return furniture orders for any other reason, please contact the showroom during business hours for a Return Authorization. Your return may be subject to restocking fees as well as freight costs if you received your order with free delivery. We will not accept returns of any furniture pieces which have been assembled or altered in any way.
Please note, custom cushions and upholstered furniture are considered Custom Orders and are not returnable.
All fabric sales are final. Should you require fabric swatches before you place your order please contact our showroom and our associates will be happy to send them to you,
Final Sale and Clearance Items
Any items marked as Clearance or Final Sale online or in our showroom are considered final-sale items and cannot be returned.
All prices on our website are in US dollars and are subject to any applicable taxes according to state and local laws. Availability, prices and delivery lead times are subject to change.
There may be errors in the prices, descriptions or images of certain merchandise, and we must reserve the right to restrict orders of those items.
