Sunbrella furniture fabrics are designed to be breathable and water repellent, but not completely waterproof. One of the best ways to keep outdoor fabrics looking nice and to delay deep or vigorous cleaning is to properly maintain the fabric. This can be accomplished by simply brushing off dirt before it becomes embedded in the fabrics, wiping up spills as soon as they occur or spot cleaning soon after stains occur.

All Sunbrella fabrics are manufactured with Color to the Core™ technology. This proprietary process means each foundational fiber is saturated with color and UV-stabilized pigments. Once saturated, the proprietary fiber is spun into yarns which are then woven into our long-lasting performance fabric. Color to the Core™ technology ensures years of beautiful living with color that stays true over time, maintaining the strength and integrity of the fabric through years of cleaning, wear, and exposure to the elements.

Sunbrella performance fabrics are made of 100% solution-dyed acrylic. Fibers are saturated with color and UV-stabilized pigments before they’re spun into yarn–meaning the pigment goes all the way through the fibers and the color stays true over time. This unique process makes Sunbrella performance fabrics inherently fade-resistant, UV-protective and durable to the core.

5 year Limited Warranty
Covers Sunbrella Upholstery Fabrics, window treatment fabrics and specialty fabrics such as Sunbrella Plus, Supreme, Clarity, View, Unity, Renaissance, Rib, Rain and Sling. For installations on or after November 1, 2008, the warranty coverage period is 5 years from the original purchase date. For installations prior to November 1, 2008, the warranty coverage period is 3 years from the original purchase date.

10 year Limited Warranty

Covers Sunbrella Awning and Marine Canvas For installations on or after November 1, 2008, the warranty coverage period is 10 years from the original purchase date. Glen Raven will provide replacement fabric at no cost during years one through eight; at the then-current selling price less a 30% discount during the ninth year; and less a 15% discount during the tenth year. For installations prior to November 1, 2008, the warranty coverage period is 5 years from the original purchase date.

This warranty protects against Sunbrella fabric becoming unserviceable due to color or strength loss from normal usage and exposure conditions, including sunlight, mildew and atmospheric chemicals. This warranty does not cover normal care and cleaning; damage from misuse or abuse; improper installation; or costs associated with replacement of the fabric, including labor and installation.

Returns & Exchanges

With proof of purchase, you may return or exchange an eligible item within 30 days of delivery. All returns must be in original condition and packaging. We cannot accept returns for items that have been opened, assembled, altered, used or made to order. AuthenTEAK does not offer free returns and the customer is responsible for all costs associated with returning merchandise. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. If you choose to exchange an eligible item, a portion of the restocking fee may be waived.

If the order was shipped and/or delivered at no charge—including any free White-Glove promotions—the cost of that shipping and/or delivery service will be deducted from any eligible refunds.

All refunds must include a Return Authorization (RA) number. To obtain an RA number and process your refund, please complete the form below. Refunds are processed within one week of receipt and inspection of merchandise.
