Start pizza baking with confidence using the Alfa Kit Pizzaiolo. Made in Italy, these tools are made from the finest materials and certified for use with food. The kit includes a lightweight round peel, an ember mover, a stainless-steel peel for putting and removing pizza from the oven, a brush for cleaning, a dough ball box, a small paddle for handling dough balls, a stainless-steel pastry cutter with ergonomic handle, a heat resistant glove, a spruce chopping board, an infrared thermometer, and a cookbook packed with delicious recipes for your wood-fired Alfa oven.

Like all 304 stainless & powder coated products, these are built to withstand and resists many environments including coastal salt marine, but will need regular care and maintenance.
For seasonal storage use the product referred to above, ensure the oven is dry and then cover and secure the cover to minimize the amount of damp air getting to the surfaces.
