Product Overview

Arm yourself with the right tools for perfecting baking with the ALFA Pizza Turner and Brush Set. The right tools make cooking more enjoyable, and this stainless-steel kit is manufactured in Italy to get the job done. The set includes a lightweight round peel, an ember rake for removing ash, embers and burning wood to the side, a sturdy rounded peel for moving pizza in and out of the oven, and a brass bristle brush for cleaning and preserving the refractory floor.

Like all 304 stainless & powder coated products, these are built to withstand and resists many environments including coastal salt marine, but will need regular care and maintenance.

For seasonal storage use the product referred to above, ensure the oven is dry and then cover and secure the cover to minimize the amount of damp air getting to the surfaces.
