Before installing any Alfresco 42" grill determine whether any materials used in the construction of your outdoor kitchen island are combustible. If they are, the Alfresco 42" Insulating Jacket must be used prior to installation of the grill. The insulating jacket is made from fully welded 18-8 stainless steel construction and has a self-rimming design for easier installation.
