For residential use, Gloster Furniture, Inc. products are warrantied to be free from material defects in workmanship, materials, and construction from date of purchase for the number of years noted below when used for normal, residential outdoor use. 
Aluminum, Teak, Stainless Steel -  5 Years
Wicker, Outdoor Leather, Outdoor Rope, Water Resistant Cushions, Furniture Covers, Slings - 2 Years
Synthetic Stone, Natural Stone, Ceramic, Glass, Solar LED Light - 2 Years
Standard cushions, Throw pillows - 1 Year

HALO PARASOLS WARRANTY
2 YEARS - Structural components, fittings, and mechanisms, covering materials and workmanship in normal use, not including superficial or accidental damage, or expected normal wear and tear.
1 YEAR - Powder coat finish, covering adhesion and environmental resistance, not including superficial or accidental damage, or expected normal wear and tear.

Original purchase transaction receipt/record clearly displaying purchase date is required to activate all warranty claims. Damage resulting from the misuse, alteration, negligence, accident or normal wear is not covered by this warranty. Small cracks, which may appear in the end-grain of teak when exposed to the elements, are considered entirely natural for teak outdoor furniture and are not covered by this warranty. All claims must be submitted through the original reseller of purchase. Please refer to Gloster Furniture, Inc. return policy for procedures if you believe an item has a manufacturer defect.
