Note: Due to copper's natural properties and surrounding environment, the copper material will change its color to a blue/green hue over time when exposed to various natural elements.

The Sedona 27" Planter & Water Bowl includes a single 8" copper spillway with a 0.75" inlet. All water bowls come with an easy-flow water fitting that accommodates a 1.5" water line.

Note: Soil and plants are not included with this product.

Avoid damaging the copper by avoiding the use of cleaners that contain chlorides, bleach, hydrogen peroxide, or any solvents. Cleaners containing alcohol, ammonia or mineral spirits can also damage the protective layer. DO NOT use steel wool or steel brushes as particles of these carbon steel articles may stick to the surface and begin to rust. A mild soap/detergent (dish detergent) and warm water solution should be used. Use the solution to remove the dust, rinsing with fresh water and a clean microfiber cloth to avoid scuffs. Finish by drying completely.

Warning: In areas where temperatures fall below freezing, make sure to winterize your water bowls. You can do this by draining the bowls before the temperature frees. Water stuck inside the water line can expand when frozen and burst the water line.

Prior to Each Use

1. Inspect for debris in the Water Feature - remove debris prior to use
2. Ensure the water fitting is free of debris for proper water flow

Semi-Annually

1. Lead Test - Inspect all connections where there is any silicone or epoxy adhesives. Water chemicals and UV light can erode these seals and you may need to reapply the sealant.
2. Give the copper spillway a slight tug. If too loose, the water flow can knock the spillway leaving a raw concrete surface. This will bring an unpleasant flow of water.

Annually

1. Turn water feature on to ensure proper orientation
