Description
Make a feast with amazing taste using the Alfa Allegro Pizza Oven. Specifically designed for enjoyable family meals with friends, this semi-professional oven will satisfy the most ambitious of cooks. The Allegro features stainless-steel dome and ceramic fiber insulation to keep firewood consumption low, and large folding shelves for easy organization of ingredients, tools and dishes. A warming compartment situated below the cooking chamber keeps dishes warm or lets food rest before slicing. The oven floor is made of interchangeable firebricks that store heat and transmit it to food during cooking, and a wide door fitted with two ergonomic wood handles allows you to adjust the draft inside the oven by controlling the fire. Four built-in casters make rolling the oven easy in any direction.
Product Protection
Take the following steps to keep your oven attractive and functional:
Remove organic products by cleaning the combustion chamber via pyrolysis by heating the oven to 1000 degrees Fahrenheit for 2-3 minutes.
Clean the cooking floor by removing ashes after the oven has cooled.
Clean the outside of the oven with a soft cloth and cleaning solution. Doing these things on a regular basis minimizes the amount of effort required.
SPECIAL NOTE FOR LOCATIONS NEAR POOLS AND COASTAL AREAS
Like all 304 stainless & powder coated products, these are built to withstand and resists many environments including coastal salt marine, but will need regular care and maintenance.
For seasonal storage use the product referred to above, ensure the oven is dry and then cover and secure the cover to minimize the amount of damp air getting to the surfaces.
