AlfaBBQ 500 Grill Kit for Pizza Ovens

Turn your pizza oven into a barbecue with the Alfa BBQ500. This kit converts your Alfa wood or gas-burning oven into a barbecue with the power and control to cook over a flame or embers. Enjoy extra smoky flavor and juicy tender meat with the BBQ500. The kit includes a rotary grill, allowing you to check how the cooking is going by moving dishes with a simple gesture, a drip pan to protect the oven floor and collect any excess grease, and tongs to rotate the grill and turn the meat without poking it.

BBQ 500 is compatible with all our home wood and gas-fired ovens (but the ONE). The steel grill can withstand temperatures up to 1,000°C. You can choose how to bake: by placing the food over the embers for faster cooking or putting it to the side for a slower, more even baking.
