Barlow Tyrie warrants their teak, stainless steel, and aluminum outdoor furnishings for a period of 10 years for residential use (3 years for commercial use) from purchase invoice date and when supplied are free from defective materials and workmanship. This warranty does not apply to cracks which may appear when exposed to the elements and are considered entirely natural for teakwood outdoor furniture, damage resulting from tampering, misuse, accident, alteration, vandalism, abuse or normal wear.
Barlow Tyrie warrants their woven outdoor furnishings for a period of 5 years for residential use (3 years for commercial use) from purchase invoice date and when supplied are free from defective materials and workmanship.
Barlow Tyrie warrants their parasol frames, bases, canopies and covers for a period of 3 years for residential use (1 year for commercial use) from purchase invoice date and when supplied are free from defective materials and workmanship. This warranty does not apply to cracks which may appear when exposed to the elements and are considered entirely natural for teakwood frames, damage resulting from tampering, misuse, accident, alteration, vandalism, abuse or normal wear.
Cushion covers and inners are covered for a period of 2 years. Slings have a 3-year warranty. Sunbrella fabric is warranted against fading by Glen Raven Mills for a period of five years. Barlow Tyrie cushions are UV resistant and should be cleaned regularly with the Barlow Tyrie recommended care products to prevent accumulated dirt becoming imbedded in the fabric. The densified fiber standard fill cushions are weather resistant not waterproof. Products believed to be faulty workmanship of materials should be reported to Barlow Tyrie as soon as possible. If applicable, photographic proof of claim may be requested for examination or determination. Any faults found on inspection and covered by this warranty will be rectified by the replacement of the faulty part. If deemed necessary for repair, Barlow Tyrie will arrange for the product in question to be returned via their choice of transit and returned free of charge to the customer. No returns are accepted without authorization and will be refused. Barlow Tyrie's liability in respect to goods supplied by it and not of its manufacture shall be limited to any guarantee or warranty given by the manufacturer of such goods. Barlow Tyrie shall not be under any further liability however arising and all conditions and warranties expressed or implied by or under statute, custom or trade usage are hereby expressly excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Returns & Exchanges
With proof of purchase, you may return or exchange an eligible item within 30 days of delivery. All returns must be in original condition and packaging. We cannot accept returns for items that have been opened, assembled, altered, used or made to order. AuthenTEAK does not offer free returns and the customer is responsible for all costs associated with returning merchandise. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. If you choose to exchange an eligible item, a portion of the restocking fee may be waived.
If the order was shipped and/or delivered at no charge—including any free White-Glove promotions—the cost of that shipping and/or delivery service will be deducted from any eligible refunds.
All refunds must include a Return Authorization (RA) number. To obtain an RA number and process your refund, please complete the form below. Refunds are processed within one week of receipt and inspection of merchandise.
