If applicable, photographic proof of claim may be requested for examination or determination. Any faults found on inspection and covered by this warranty will be rectified by the replacement of the faulty part. If deemed necessary for repair, Barlow Tyrie will arrange for the product in question to be returned via their choice of transit and returned free of charge to the customer.
