IS THERE A MINIMUM OR MAXIMUM AMOUNT I CAN LOAD ONTO THE DIGITAL GIFT CARD?
Yes, any amount between $25-$1000 can be added to an AuthenTEAK.com digital gift card.
DO DIGITAL GIFT CARDS EXPIRE?
No, there is no expiration date.
CAN I USE DIGITAL GIFT CARDS FOR A PARTIAL PAYMENT?
Yes, absolutely! The user-specific coupon code will apply the balance of the gift card to your purchase.
CAN I RETURN ITEMS PURCHASED WITH A GIFT CARD?
If the item purchased is eligible for a return, then yes. Returns are subject to restocking fees and shipping fees. Gift cards themselves cannot be refunded, canceled, or returned. If there are funds left over after all restocking fees and shipping fees have been fulfilled, a store credit will be provided.
