The Site is intended for personal use and for commercial use only where expressly authorized by AuthenTEAK. Any unauthorized use of the Site is prohibited.
Our products often feature natural materials, artisanal construction, and hand-finished details. Variations in color, texture, grain, weave, and finish are inherent characteristics of these materials and are not considered defects.
Product dimensions and specifications are approximate. Images are for illustrative purposes only and may not precisely represent the delivered product due to lighting, scale, or production variations.
All prices, availability, and delivery estimates are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including after an order has been submitted.

Title and risk of loss transfer to you upon delivery. You are responsible for inspecting items upon receipt and notifying us of any damage or discrepancies in accordance with our Delivery Policy.
Returns, exchanges, and cancellations are governed by our Return Policy. Many products are made-to-order or custom and are not eligible for return or cancellation once production has begun.
Approved returns may be subject to restocking fees, return shipping costs, and original delivery fees.
Outdoor furniture is designed for exterior use but is subject to environmental exposure, including sunlight, moisture, temperature changes, and natural wear.
Failure to follow provided care instructions, including use of protective covers and seasonal storage where recommended, may result in damage and void applicable warranties.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located within that jurisdiction.
