Cane-line Rope Properties
Cane-line Rope is produced by woven polypropylene (PP). The material has a soft surface that provides good support and excellent sitting comfort. Do not pull hard on the material as it can be stretched out of shape. Cane-line Rope is ideal for outdoor use, UV-resistant and dries quickly.
Cane-line Rope Cleaning
Because the product is used outdoors over extended periods of time, regular cleaning with a soft brush and soapy water is important. This ensures the removal of superficial soil and debris, such as leaves, berries, pollen and bird droppings, before they have a chance to build up and become more difficult to remove.
Cane-line Rope Storing
It is best to store your furniture on a covered terrace, patio or carport, where it is protected from the elements. Alternatively, it can be left outside under a furniture cover. Please note, however, that condensation can form under the furniture cover, which can cause mold and mildew. Therefore, make sure to lift the cover away from the furniture to ensure proper air circulation and minimize condensation.
Cane-line SoftTouch Properties
Cane-line SoftTouch is a material produced exclusively for Cane-line. SoftTouch combines the strength of Cane-line Tex; with the comfortable softness of the Sunbrella fabric, resulting in a soft yet durable surface. Cushions made from Cane-line SoftTouch come with a QuickDry Foam core, ensuring maximum drainage and air circulation. This allows the cushions to dry faster after having been exposed to rain and moisture. The QuickåDryFoam¬ core also has anti-bacterial protection, reducing the risk of mold and mildew forming inside and outside the cushion. Due to the recycled nature of this fabric, the shade may vary from lot to lot. Larger slub yarns may run sporadically throughout the fabric ? due to minor variations in the granulation process. These slubs are an integrated part of this innovative fabric.
Cane-line SoftTouch Cleaning
Because the product is used outdoors over extended periods of time, regular cleaning with a soft brush and soapy water is important. This ensures the removal of superficial dirt and debris, such as leaves, berries, pollen and bird droppings, before they have a chance to build up and become more difficult to remove. It is important to always place your cushions in an upright position when not in use. This ensures optimum drainage, thereby minimizing the risk of mold and mildew. The anti-bacterial protection in the cushion core is most effective with correct drainage of the cushions. Please note that despite the anti-bacterial protection, mildew can still form on the inner and outer covers if the cushion if not properly drained or cleaned. In case of food or drink spills, wash the spot immediately with warm soapy water and allow the cushion to dry in an upright position.
For stubborn stains or built-up dirt, carefully wash with a recommended stain remover, such as Vanish (Vanish Oxi Action), and/or a high-pressure cleaner at the moderate setting. It is a good idea to remove the core from the cover and wash and dry them separately. Make sure to clean both sides of the outer cover. Please note, that the cushion cover is machine washable at 30ÁC.
Cane-line SoftTouch Storing
There are several ways to properly store your furniture in autumn and winter months for maximum protection and to make spring cleaning easier.
1) It is best to store cushions indoors in a ventilated room.
2) Alternatively, they can be stored in a cushion box on a covered terrace, patio or carport, protecting them from the elements and ensuring proper ventilation.
3) Do not store your cushions on the furniture frames as this can cause mould and mildew to form on the surface, making spring cleaning more difficult.
RESIDENTIAL
Cane-line offers a 2 year warranty on all frames and 2 years on all fibers, tabletops (excluding glass), against any manufacturing defect, which affects their suitability for use. Parasols, glass tops and accessories including but limited to, cushions, covers are warranted with 1 year. All warranties are from the date of purchase. The warranty applies to normal conditions of use, maintenance and storage and does not apply to faults or imperfections caused by misuse, alterations, accidents, negligence, the passing of time or normal wear and tear. Circumstances not covered by this warranty, but not limited to are, scratches or marks resulting from use, shade of colors, small cracks in fiber concrete tops etc.. The warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of those products or parts of products, which Cane-line accepts to be defectively manufactured during the warranty period, at no cost to the customer. Should a product have been discontinued, Cane-line will replace with a similar and comparable product. Original invoice and receipt of purchase with clearly displayed purchase date accompanied with proper photo documentation, is required in order to treat any claim for warranty. Any claim must be submitted through the original reseller.

Cane-line does not recommend using parasols or pavilions in windy weather conditions. Returns & Exchanges
With proof of purchase, you may return or exchange an eligible item within 30 days of delivery. All returns must be in original condition and packaging. We cannot accept returns for items that have been opened, assembled, altered, used or made to order. AuthenTEAK does not offer free returns and the customer is responsible for all costs associated with returning merchandise. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. If you choose to exchange an eligible item, a portion of the restocking fee may be waived.
If the order was shipped and/or delivered at no charge—including any free White-Glove promotions—the cost of that shipping and/or delivery service will be deducted from any eligible refunds.
All refunds must include a Return Authorization (RA) number. To obtain an RA number and process your refund, please complete the form below. Refunds are processed within one week of receipt and inspection of merchandise.
