Description

Achieve a beautiful, natural grey for your teak wood furniture that will accent any outdoor space. Golden Care Teak Instant Gray will transform your teak even and quickly using a crystallization process, unlike other greying agents, which coat the wood in wax. All Golden Care products are animal and environmentally safe.

Please note: This product has a pigment which might affect the visual appearance of the furniture. We recommend applying the product in an inconspicuous location (bottom of a chair or table) to ensure the Color solution is suitable. Note that adding multiple coats will continue to change the color and appearance of how the product will look. Also, the condition of your wood (i.e. completely brand new, slightly weathered, etc.) could also affect the color of the solution when applied to teak furniture.

Golden Care Instant Grey is a good product. Instant Grey has a pigment which will affect the visual appearance of your shower seat so we recommend applying a small amount of the product in an inconspicuous location (i.e. bottom side of your seat) to ensure the color solution is suitable for your space and preferences. If furniture had already been treated with instant gray what is the recommended method you get it back to honey brown?Asked by DB on Jun. 19, 2024

If I want the teak to remain gray (it is, naturally, currently) what is the best way to protect the wood from drying out.? Cleaning, brightening and protecting works to keep the honey color and wood, but what will protect the grayed wood?Asked by Redhead on Jul. 09, 2020

Our experience is that teak wood does not dry out. We do not have a product that changes the performance. For longevity, we recommend giving your furniture a good periodic cleaning.
