Does my product have a warranty?

All products have a manufacturer warranty. These are product-specific and vary by brand. Warranty information is located on each individual product page under the “Warranty” tab. You can also visit our Warranties page for more information.

If you experience an issue that you think is covered by the manufacturer's warranty, please contact or 404.525.1995. Please have your original purchase transaction receipt/record. This must clearly display the purchase date to activate all warranty claims. Pictures of the warranty claim may be required to assist in the claim process. Damage resulting from the misuse, alteration, negligence, accident, or normal wear is not covered by warranty. Please make sure any warranty claim is accompanied by the necessary information to satisfy the warranty requirements.
