Every Jaipur Living rug is warranted against manufacturing defects for one (1) year from original purchase date. Jaipur Living may replace or repair at its discretion without charge. Customer is expected to inspect all claims from their retail customer. Jaipur Living representatives will only perform in store inspections, if applicable. Claims for damage arising from negligence or improper cleaning will not be accepted. The price of the product as charged to Customer will be Jaipur Living’s maximum liability on any claim.
