American Fire Products Lava Rock - 10 lbs. can be used as filler in combination with decorative fire glass or used alone for a more rustic look. Our lava rock comes in three sizes - small 1/4", medium 1/2", and XX-Large 4". Lava rocks retain heat better than ceramic logs making them more energy efficient and cost effective. Lava rock is a less expensive alternative to fire glass when filling a deep fire pit. The same weight of lava rock fills more space than fire glass because of its density. You can top it off with a beautiful glass color or leave it natural.
