This frame features a crank handle to lift the umbrella and tilt to any desired angle. Umbrella base is sold separately. Galtech recommends a 75 lb. minimum base for all free standing application. A 40 lb. base is sufficient for table mounted umbrellas. This style is ideal for up to 54" tables.
