Fireglass acquires minimal maintenance because it is used to replace gas logs and doesn't leave behind soot, dirt, or ashes. Glass can get dirty and dusty from outdoor debris. If there is an obvious build up of dirt you can scoop out the glass and wash it with dish detergent followed by a thorough rinse.
