The Lee Industries Nandina Large Sofa at 107" wide has four plump seat cushions and four comfortable and supportive back cushions. Each cushion features a waterproof fill that drains and dries quickly. The sturdy sofa frame is premium 15-ply birch wood that is assembled with waterproof adhesives and stainless steel fasteners that give the sofa its structural integrity. Covering it all is removable Sunbrella fabric with top-stitching detail that adds just the right tailored touch to this comfortable outdoor sofa. Shown in fabric Grade S: Sunbrella Spinnaker Salt.

In 1969, Bill and Dottie Coley opened a 7500-square-foot factory in Newton, North Carolina, hired 10 people, and began crafting wood-framed upholstery pieces. In 1972 Chic Robinson joined the team as Executive Vice President in charge of financial, production, and administrative functions and helped propel LEE to a new level. From that humble beginning, LEE has expanded to four manufacturing plants and has grown to be a leader and innovator in environmentally friendly manufacturing practices.

Since its inception, the mission of LEE Industries has been to create innovatively styled, high-quality home furnishings while adhering to a set of values that focus on their customers, the community, and the environment.

All LEE Industries products are made in the United States. In four manufacturing facilities in North Carolina, LEE employs over 670 skilled associates who create one-of-a-kind products. Even with a global supply network, 98% of the components in LEE products are supplied domestically, and most suppliers are in North Carolina.

Since 1969, LEE has been committed to manufacturing earth-friendly products, using sustainable processes by people who care about the environment. In the early 1980s, LEE chose to use products that eliminated chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs) in foam cushions before it was mandated. Around the same time, LEE initiated waste reduction and recycling programs in all parts of the manufacturing process. It was taking these small, simple steps that laid the groundwork for future eco-friendly manufacturing.

LEE Industries’ outdoor furniture collection brings a new standard of beauty and function to outdoor living. The fully upholstered outdoor furniture is built to withstand the natural outdoor elements with frames made from 18mm, 13-PLY sustainable birch plywood, built-in sloping drains, reticulated foam, stainless steel staples, and galvanized screws.

Frame and springs are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for life; and, cushions, beds, mattresses, and motion mechanisms are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for seven (7) years based on the following:
Warranty applies to original owner
Warranty applies to normal residential use. Defects resulting from negligence or abuse and items used in a commercial or business setting are not covered.
Warranty applies to furniture in the original upholstered cover.
Upholstery fabrics, including slipcovers, are warranted for one (1) year against seam slippage, fraying or dye transfer when the cleaning instructions provided by LEE are followed. Wearing, wrinkling, fading, and piling are not covered. Application of a soil resistant treatment by anyone other than LEE , negates the fabric warranty. In order to request service under our warranty, all claims must be submitted through the authorized LEE dealer where the furniture was purchased.
