It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure routine inspection of any product being used in a commercial setting and to remove any product that shows excessive wear or degraded functionality. LED lighting modules should be installed with the light facing downward and the solar panel facing upward to prevent water from entering the unit during outdoor use.

Featuring weather-resistant, woven rope and a durable aluminum frame, the POVL Outdoor Björk Rope Floor Lamp beautifully illuminates evenings outdoors with warm, downward-facing white light. A light output of 600 Lumens and 2,700 Kelvin may be operated by remote control (up to 100 feet) or by a touch-control option. Three dimming options (low, medium, and high) and customizable settings allow further control to achieve the perfect brightness. The light has a 10-hour runtime at its brightest setting and a 35-hour runtime at its dimmest setting. A 13,200MaH lithium-ion battery pack is also included, offering hybrid charging options (either from an integrated solar panel or USB adapter.) USB-A to USB-C cable is supplied; adapter is not included.

POVL Outdoor warrants their Teak, Aluminum, Stainless-Steel and Aluminum furniture for a period of 10 years for residential use and 3 years for commercial use to be free from defective materials and workmanship.  Wicker and Rope furniture is warranted for a period of 5 years for residential use and 3 years for commercial use. All cushion and sling construction have a warranty of 2 years against defects. Protective covers have a warranty of 5 years against defects. Sunbrella fabric has a 5 year warranty against fading provided by Glen Raven Mills.  Cushions should be cleaned regularly to prevent the build-up of dirt and other organic matter which can become imbedded in the fabric and promote the growth of mold or mildew.

These warranties do not apply to the natural aging process and do not cover material specific expected issues like cracks (checking) that appear when Teak is exposed to the elements so long as they do not affect the structural integrity of the furniture. These warranties also do not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, alterations to the original product, or natural wear and tear.
