We've owned ours for just over a year and it works perfectly. Highly recommend the "white glove" service, it's a heavy beast and they did a great job of moving around our yard and placing it. Ours arrived damaged and Authenteak was on it immediately, so refreshing to meet such nice people. We got it back shortly fully repaired. The best part of the product is the 150,000 BTU's. You must have the BTU's or you'll have a useless little fire with no real warmth. We use ours year round. This is the fire pit to purchase!!
