I ordered this umbrella for a very large roof deck (which is on the third floor of my home). The umbrella itself is well-made and attractive, but I have gotten very little use of it, because the first day I put it up and angled it to protect against the late afternoon sun, the wind caught it, turned it into a sail, and nearly ripped up my deck. The lesson is that you should never angle the shade in even mildly windy conditions, and when mounting on a wooden deck, reinforce the mount with a nog that is bolted to the joists underneath the deck boards. Better instructions and a wind rating would make this product safer to buy and use.
