The Natural Belle Collection by Pottery Pots offers the most common planter models in its simplicity. The Pottery Pots Natural Belle 24" Round Fiberstone Planter Pot is offered in muted fiberstone grey and comes in a simple design that makes them perfect for almost any environment. From home to hotel or office, the Natural Belle Collection will never look out of place. All of the products in the Natural Collection are made of Fiberglass combined with 22% finely ground stone. This composition is also called fiberstone and is low maintenance. Please Note: the Grey finish will fade over time if placed in consistent direct sunlight. For pots placed outside, it is important to drill holes in the bottom, so the excess water can drain and the planter does not break during frost.

A range of shapes, colors, sizes, and finishes suit any style or space. Pottery Pots planters are available in a range of sizes and finishes—from stonelike textures to glossy finishes.

These planters are frost resistant, however, it is important that they don't stand directly on the ground in the event of frost. Most planters have feet at the bottom, which means they are already off the ground so nothing has to be done during frost conditions. For any planter that does not have feet, we recommend placing them on a shelf or saucer. Furthermore, we recommend keeping the drainage hole in the middle of the each planter free from any kind of soil, so the water can always drain out.

• Always use mild detergents - never use harsh, chemical detergents. A dry cloth or sponge and some water and soap will be enough
• To preserve the color of the materials, avoid direct sunlight whenever possible. Most products will show discoloration over time.
• For pots placed outside, it is important to drill holes in the bottom, so the excess water can drain and the planter does not break during frost. Some of our pots already contain a drainage hole.
• The black Fiberstone planters from the Natural collection can be treated 2-4x per year with Pottery Pot's special maintenance oil. This oil ensures that the black color is retained.

Pottery Pots offers a standard 5-year warranty on our products. The Bohemian collection has a 2-year warranty.

Returns & Exchanges

With proof of purchase, you may return or exchange an eligible item within 30 days of delivery. All returns must be in original condition and packaging. We cannot accept returns for items that have been opened, assembled, altered, used or made to order. AuthenTEAK does not offer free returns and the customer is responsible for all costs associated with returning merchandise. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. If you choose to exchange an eligible item, a portion of the restocking fee may be waived.

If the order was shipped and/or delivered at no charge—including any free White-Glove promotions—the cost of that shipping and/or delivery service will be deducted from any eligible refunds.

All refunds must include a Return Authorization (RA) number. To obtain an RA number and process your refund, please complete the form below. Refunds are processed within one week of receipt and inspection of merchandise.
