The picnic-style POVL Outdoor Planke Dining Table 118" is the perfect choice for modern, rustic entertaining spaces. The tabletop itself is made from 2” teak wood planks that are extremely durable, easy to care for, and resistant to moisture, rot, and mold, making them ideal for even the harshest weather conditions. A powder-coated aluminum frame is sleek and resistant to the elements. This table comfortably seats up to 10 people and fits dining chairs with an arm height of 28" or less.
For added protection against the elements and to keep your furniture looking great, add a WeatherMax 80 protective cover to your order. These high-performance covers, made of UV-resistant solution-dyed polyester, protect against UV, rain and snow, and because these fade resistant covers are one-way breathable, they also help prevent mold and mildew. All WeatherMax 80 covers for POVL Outdoor furniture are measured to fit, made in the USA, and have a 5-year limited warranty.
All POVL Outdoor products are tested using industry accepted standards with the finest materials available and while all products are engineered to perform in diverse range of outdoor environments, all products do not perform the same in commercial settings. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure routine inspection of any product being used in a commercial setting and to remove any product that shows excessive wear or degraded functionality. POVL Outdoor only manufactures outdoor furniture using the finest materials and techniques available, ensuring long lasting and trouble-free enjoyment with only the most basic of routine maintenance. We recommend a brief cleaning of outdoor furniture twice a year.
Teak Cleaning & Care
Well-made teak furniture does not require any maintenance to remain sturdy and in good shape, even when it is kept outdoors and exposed to the weather. However, a periodic cleaning is recommended to eliminate dirt build-up and increase longevity. To clean outdoor teak furniture, scrub your wet furniture using a soft bristle brush and warm soapy water. When finished, rinse the entire surface with more fresh water to remove any remaining cleaning residue. For removing tough stains, use Golden Care Teak Cleaner in conjunction with some light sanding. Note - using a Teak Cleaner and/or light sanding will gently remove the top surface sliver-grey patina of the wood, restoring the furniture to a golden-brown color.
Note: Do not use high pressure as you may erode the surface of the wood.
To protect teak surfaces from staining and to help maintain the sliver-grey patina on weathered teak, we recommend using Golden Care Teak Shield, which repels moisture and minimizes staining. To help maintain the honey-brown look of new teak furniture, apply Golden Care Teak Protector to all exposed surfaces after letting the furniture sit outside for approximately 10 days. Note - applying Golden Care Teak Protector is about managing the cosmetic appearance and does not affect the longevity of the furniture.
Aluminum Cleaning and Care
Aluminum furniture generally requires a minimum of maintenance. Metal furniture, however, can attract dirt and stains and therefore needs periodic cleaning. To clean, wipe the frame with a soft cloth or sponge containing a mix of warm fresh water and mild detergent. If the furniture is stored near the coast, it will need to be cleaned more frequently using fresh water and soap. Do not be too rough on your furniture to avoid causing dents, as this can damage the surface.

Warranty
POVL Outdoor warrants their Teak, Aluminum, Stainless-Steel and Aluminum furniture for a period of 10 years for residential use and 3 years for commercial use to be free from defective materials and workmanship. Wicker and Rope furniture is warranted for a period of 5 years for residential use and 3 years for commercial use. All cushion and sling construction have a warranty of 2 years against defects. Protective covers have a warranty of 5 years against defects. Sunbrella fabric has a 5 year warranty against fading provided by Glen Raven Mills. Cushions should be cleaned regularly to prevent the build-up of dirt and other organic matter which can become imbedded in the fabric and promote the growth of mold or mildew.
These warranties do not apply to the natural aging process and do not cover material specific expected issues like cracks (checking) that appear when Teak is exposed to the elements so long as they do not affect the structural integrity of the furniture. These warranties also do not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, alterations to the original product, or natural wear and tear.
Returns

Returns & Exchanges
With proof of purchase, you may return or exchange an eligible item within 30 days of delivery. All returns must be in original condition and packaging. We cannot accept returns for items that have been opened, assembled, altered, used or made to order. AuthenTEAK does not offer free returns and the customer is responsible for all costs associated with returning merchandise. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. If you choose to exchange an eligible item, a portion of the restocking fee may be waived.
If the order was shipped and/or delivered at no charge—including any free White-Glove promotions—the cost of that shipping and/or delivery service will be deducted from any eligible refunds.
All refunds must include a Return Authorization (RA) number. To obtain an RA number and process your refund, please complete the form below. Refunds are processed within one week of receipt and inspection of merchandise.
