The TiiPii Bed is not designed to be set up outdoors permanently. It is recommended for use in fair weather, and should always be ideally paired with its optional waterproof cover (sold separately).

Classic TiiPii Bed - Machine wash in cold water on the delicate cycle with normal amounts of mild laundry detergent, ideally inside a washbag. Always dry reassembled. Ensure TiiPii is 100% dry before packing away.

Steel Stand - To clean simply wipe over with a soft damp cloth or a solution of water and mild soap, if needed. Always pack away 100% dry. We want you to be able to enjoy your TiiPii Bed for many years to come - and if you follow our simple Care and Cleaning instructions, we can guarantee that you will do just that...

The TiiPii Bed is not designed to be set up outdoors permanently. It is recommended for use in fair weather, and should always be ideally paired with its optional waterproof cover (sold separately).

Even when paired with the waterproof cover, leaving the TiiPii Bed set up for long amounts of time outside will greatly reduce the lifespan and look of the TiiPii Bed. If undesired weather is forecast, it is always highly recommended to pack the TiiPii away COMPLETELY DRY.

Although the fabric is treated for mold and UV resistance, failure to thoroughly clean, entirely dry and stow away will compromise the lifespan of your TiiPii greatly, and void warranty.

• Machine washable.
• Cold wash only, preferably on a gentle cycle or inside a wash bag.
• Do not tumble dry.
• Do not iron.
• Do not bleach.

Remove the ring section prior to washing.

Always dry your TiiPii Bed with the ring system fully reinserted and assembled to prevent deformation; this is very important. 

Do not allow the TiiPii Bed to come into contact with a vertical surface or any other object that could damage the ring system or cause abrasion to the fabric. 

Do not leave in direct sunlight or harsh weather conditions of any kind.

A TiiPii should never be subjected to prolonged weather such as excessive sunlight, rain, snow, etc.

Never allow water to gather in the bottom of the TiiPii – as this could not only compromise the integrity of the fabric over time, but also increase the risk of children drowning.

Stow or pack away the TiiPii Bed in periods between use.

Always ensure the TiiPii and / or the waterproof cover is completely 100% dry when packing it away. Any moisture or dampness will result in damage caused by mold.

Clean and care for your TiiPii as advised within these instructions; if mold, mildew or stains are not treated when noticed, you will compromise the appearance and quality of the TiiPii Bed.

Warranty does not cover fair wear and tear or damage caused by lack of preventative maintenance. Warranty void if load limit is exceeded, if care instructions are not followed or if the TiiPii was not used or cared for appropriately. 

Warranty voided if used for commercial purposes.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this document, Tareo UK LTD and all agents & representatives thereof will not, under any circumstances, be liable to distributor or end users for consequential, incidental, special, punitive, or exemplary damages or death arising out of or related to the use of a TiiPii Bed in a manner not expressly intended by the manufacturer. The end user is responsible for ensuring the TiiPii is properly installed in accordance with this manual and for confirming the load bearing suitability of any hanging structure. Children to be supervised at all times – never leave a child unattended.

Returns & Exchanges

With proof of purchase, you may return or exchange an eligible item within 30 days of delivery. All returns must be in original condition and packaging. We cannot accept returns for items that have been opened, assembled, altered, used or made to order. AuthenTEAK does not offer free returns and the customer is responsible for all costs associated with returning merchandise. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. If you choose to exchange an eligible item, a portion of the restocking fee may be waived.

If the order was shipped and/or delivered at no charge—including any free White-Glove promotions—the cost of that shipping and/or delivery service will be deducted from any eligible refunds.

All refunds must include a Return Authorization (RA) number. To obtain an RA number and process your refund, please complete the form below. Refunds are processed within one week of receipt and inspection of merchandise.
