Woodard’s iron and aluminum outdoor furniture is hand-crafted and assembled right here in the USA. It’s built to provide years of enjoyment. Over 50 pairs of hands will form, craft, finish, and test each Woodard product before it leaves the factory.
Woodard’s materials and construction methods far surpass the industry standards. Each piece of iron is hand-formed using solid iron stock to ensure the strongest furniture in the industry. All-weather woven furniture is made from cutting-edge HDPE fibers, hand-woven over a painted aluminum frame. This combination of resilient, weather-resistant materials will last for years. Woodard’s cast aluminum furniture is constructed using only the highest grade, and most resilient aluminum ingots, strengthening the furniture and making it extremely malleable.

Cleaning & Maintenance
Clean with warm, soapy water. Damage to the paint finish may cause corrosion, touch up with paint immediately. To maintain the gloss on non-textured finishes, protect with a fine automotive wax.
Removing Stains and Mildew
Woodard’s multi-step finishing process results in a stain-resistant finish. Severe stains may require light sanding and touch-up painting.
Insect Repellents and Suntan Lotion
The finish on Woodard furniture is formulated and baked on to make it highly resistant to repellents and lotions. However, to avoid discoloration, clean metal parts of these products frequently.
WOODARD FURNITURE LIMITED WARRANTY
Structural
This limited structural warranty lasts for a period of fifteen (15) years for Aluminum and Iron and three (3) years for Woven from the date of delivery of the furniture to you (“Warranty Period”). Coverage terminates if you sell or otherwise transfer the furniture or have unauthorized repairs or alterations done to the furniture during the warranty period. Products approved for use in commercial applications will be covered under the current Hospitality Warranty Period of five (5) years for Aluminum and Iron and three (3) years for Woven from the date of delivery.
Finish
This limited finish warranty lasts for a period of seven (7) years from the date of delivery of the furniture to you (“Warranty Period”). Coverage terminates if you sell or otherwise transfer the furniture or have unauthorized repairs or alterations done to the furniture during the warranty period. Products approved for use in commercial applications will be covered under the current Hospitality Warranty Period of five (5) years from the date of delivery.
Cushion
This limited cushion warranty lasts for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery of the furniture to you (“Warranty Period”). Cushion warranty covers workmanship of the cushion itself and the filler for one (1) year. Fabrics may be covered under a separate warranty by the fabric manufacturer. If a fabric is deemed defective after the one (1) year cushion warranty by the fabric manufacturer, cost for replacing the cushion, less the fabric charges would be your responsibility. Coverage terminates if you sell or otherwise transfer the furniture or have unauthorized repairs or alterations done to the furniture during the warranty period. Products approved for use in commercial applications will be covered under the current Hospitality Warranty Period of one (1) year from the date of delivery.
Parts
Certain parts, such as recliner mechanisms, fire table burners, etc., only carry a one (1) year warranty.

To help ensure a smooth order process, where your product, lead time, and shipping/delivery expectations are met or even exceeded, please contact us with any questions prior to placing your order. Returns & Exchanges
With proof of purchase, you may return or exchange an eligible item within 30 days of delivery. All returns must be in original condition and packaging. We cannot accept returns for items that have been opened, assembled, altered, used or made to order. AuthenTEAK does not offer free returns and the customer is responsible for all costs associated with returning merchandise. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. If you choose to exchange an eligible item, a portion of the restocking fee may be waived.
If the order was shipped and/or delivered at no charge—including any free White-Glove promotions—the cost of that shipping and/or delivery service will be deducted from any eligible refunds.
All refunds must include a Return Authorization (RA) number. To obtain an RA number and process your refund, please complete the form below. Refunds are processed within one week of receipt and inspection of merchandise.
