This stainless-steel set makes cooking more effortless and each piece is manufactured in Italy out of the highest quality materials. The set includes a lightweight round peel, an ember rake for removing ash, embers and burning wood to the side, a sturdy rounded peel for moving pizza in and out of the oven, and a brass bristle brush for cleaning and preserving the refractory floor.

The ALFA Vela Peel Holder is available to keep all your pizza oven tools organized!

Like all 304 stainless & powder coated products, these are built to withstand and resists many environments including coastal salt marine, but will need regular care and maintenance.

For seasonal storage use the product referred to above, ensure the oven is dry and then cover and secure the cover to minimize the amount of damp air getting to the surfaces.
