Perfect for use in Alfa’s wood-fire burning ovens, this stainless-steel rack is designed to hold the wood and embers laterally and allow the fire to output the correct consumption. This support and tidiness allows for optimal combustion and keeps the refractory floor clean.
Product Protection
Like all 304 stainless & powder coated products, these are built to withstand and resists many environments including coastal salt marine, but will need regular care and maintenance.
For seasonal storage use the product referred to above, ensure the oven is dry and then cover and secure the cover to minimize the amount of damp air getting to the surfaces.
