Marketing Director

AuthenTEAK, a luxury outdoor furniture retailer, is looking to grow its digital team with an enthusiastic Marketing Director. The ideal candidate will coordinate and oversee all marketing projects for AuthenTEAK and be very comfortable working in an agile environment that is fast-moving and technical. The primary responsibility of the opportunity is to expand our already growing retail ecommerce division. The candidate will work directly with ownership and alongside the existing team to help manage the current partnerships and enhance our web, social and traditional marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop digital marketing strategies including the management and optimization of SEM, SEO, Social Marketing, Linking, Content Creation and Email Marketing Automation using industry best practices.
  • Review and comprehend web analytics to make strategic decisions to improve web performance (lower bounce rate, increase conversations, etc.).
  • Provide creative direction for our traditional and digital marketing outlets supporting our retail showroom and our website.

Requirements:

Email Marketing Manager

AuthenTEAK, a leading omnichannel outdoor furnishings retailer, is looking to grow its digital team with an experienced and creative Email Marketing Manager who is forward-thinking, organized, and a true go getter.

In this position, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our email marketing strategy and engaging with targeted audiences to promote the AuthenTEAK brand and products. The Email Marketing Manager plays a critical role in customer retention and will own the development, deployment, and reporting processes for our email/retention program.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end production process for email campaigns to achieve revenue goals
  • Work with creative team and business stakeholders to ensure concepts align with objectives
  • QA all emails, ensuring content is accurate and links work
  • Optimize results for email campaigns by testing subject lines, creative, copy, etc.
  • Ensure high inbox deliverability rate for all email campaigns
  • Be the expert on email best practices, technologies, trends, and CAN-SPAM laws
  • Continually monitor and analyze key KPIs; identifying trends, problems, opportunities, and shifts in behavior while iterating on existing campaigns to optimize each for maximum performance
  • Monitor campaigns to ensure consistency across all major email providers
  • Develop macro and micro marketing and automation strategies to grow email attributed revenue

Requirements:

  • 5+ years minimum experience in ecommerce email marketing
  • In-depth experience using third party email service provider platforms
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, and content design in the context of building/coding/deployment of email campaigns
  • Experience utilizing Google Analytics for metrics monitoring and reporting
  • A deep understanding of journey mapping, email triggers, segmentation, and behavior targeting
  • Experience identifying and interpreting key performance indicators to optimize email messaging, promotional opportunities, and campaign design
  • Project management experience within the development cycle of email creation
  • Ability to work collaboratively within teams to execute content strategy
  • Ability to work with product and technology teams to develop new email functionality and features
  • Experience deploying A/B and multivariate testing initiatives that is followed by the reporting of test findings in presentation/documentation
  • Experience with SMS and browser-based notifications a plus

Showroom sales & design

17 year old West Midtown furniture company is growing again and looking to hire a new seasoned salesperson that is highly motivated, creative, dependable and focused, with an exceptional attention to detail for the position of Showroom Sales and Design. The primary responsibility of this opportunity will be to work in a team environment, providing customer service and product education to our clientele (retail clients and Interior Designers). A secondary responsibility will be to merchandise and maintain the look of the showroom in accordance with brand standards. The ideal candidate must be confident in their ability to professionally communicate extensive product knowledge in both verbal and written form.

Showroom internship

We are currently seeking seasonal help in our showroom assisting both our full-time sales staff/designers and our customers. Responsibilities include fulfilling fabric swatch orders, the creation of inspiration boards, space planning, and merchandising. This paid, hourly position is ideal for someone looking to gain experience in the furniture or outdoor design industry and may be used for internship credits if needed.

Other responsibilities based on skills may include client site visits, taking location photography, and updating store signage.

A secondary responsibility will be to attend networking events and occasionally hosts similar events.
