The Capital Garden Hampton Planters are finished to look like antique lead planters. These, however, are made of lightweight fiberglass which is weather resistant, never rust, and won't crack like terra cotta or stone. The planters ship without drainage holes but they can be added at your request. This planter is shown in a Faux Lead finish, which is how this planter is stocked for quick shipping.

A wonderfully tough and versatile material, fiberglass is maintenance free and light in weight. Completely frost-proof and non-corrosive, it is superior to terracotta, stone and even some metals and is ideal for use inside and out. None of our finishes are painted surfaces therefore they cannot chip or flake off revealing a different color below.
