Director of eCommerce

Growing 13-year old Atlanta luxury outdoor furniture company is hiring a Director of Ecommerce to lead and oversee the growth of our industry leading website. This person is a highly-motivated and career-minded individual with a proven track record of success and accomplishment in both ecommerce and retail. The ideal candidate will help unlock our potential and accelerate our evolution from being a brick and mortar showroom with a good website to becoming an internet company specializing in Outdoor Living.

This full-time salaried position is in Atlanta and requires living locally. The candidate will work directly with ownership and alongside our existing ecommerce team.


  • Manage the development, design and progression of website/web team
  • Build effective strategies and determine priorities for growth and success
  • Facilitate the planning, communication and negotiation of partner relationships
  • Ensure our website is technically sound and that we are utilizing current/new technologies
  • Analyze website performance to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Pinpoint evolving trends and patterns, internally and industry-wide, solve problems and implement effective solutions
  • Manage workflow of key departments to progress company goals
  • Coordinate the implementation of all digital marketing efforts and initiatives


  • 3+ years of recent ecommerce and retail experience in a management role
  • Technical expertise with URL redirects, 404 errors, schema, tags, robots.txt files, site speed improvements and Google Search Console parameters
  • Front End Dev Skills: HTML, CSS, Java, jQuery and Bootstrap
  • Successful project management experience working on major company initiatives
  • Champion at managing and working on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proven ability to identify system flaws and solve problems
  • Highly-organized, motivated, solution-oriented and detail-oriented
  • Ability to meet project deadlines under budget
  • Ecommerce platform knowledge – BigCommerce, Magento or equal
  • Understanding of email marketing campaigns
  • Adobe Creative Suite
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, CS and/or other relevant field

Showroom Sales and Design

13 year old West Midtown furniture company is growing again and looking to hire a new seasoned salesperson that is highly motivated, creative, dependable and focused, with an exceptional attention to detail for the position of Showroom Sales and Design. The primary responsibility of this opportunity will be to work in a team environment, providing customer service and product education to our clientele (retail clients and Interior Designers). A secondary responsibility will be to merchandise and maintain the look of the showroom in accordance with brand standards. The ideal candidate must be confident in their ability to professionally communicate extensive product knowledge in both verbal and written form.

Showroom Internship

We are currently seeking seasonal help in our showroom assisting both our full-time sales staff/designers and our customers. Responsibilities include fulfilling fabric swatch orders, the creation of inspiration boards, space planning and merchandising. This paid, hourly position is ideal for someone looking to gain experience in the furniture or outdoor design industry and may be used for internship credits if needed.

Other responsibilities based on skills may include client site visits, taking location photography, and updating store signage.

Administrative Assistant

Growing 12-year old Atlanta Luxury Furniture company is seeking an Administrative Assistant to help grow and advance our customer’s experience. This is an important support role within the company. You will hold a wide range of responsibilities.

We are looking for a highly-motivated team player who demonstrates initiative and independence, a career minded individual with a positive attitude. The ideal candidate should possess superior analytical skills, have excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as organizational skills with attention to detail. This full-time position requires great time management skills and the ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment. Must be self-motivated. Candidate must have excellent computer skills, especially Office Suite. Proficiency in QuickBooks would be a strong advantage!


  • Provide backup support for company operations (order/data entry, review order confirmations, enter shipment tracking, filing)
  • Perform data entry and information verification for all functions pertaining to orders, products, price changes, and customer information updates.
  • Strong communication skills - demonstrate impeccable phone etiquette when screening and directing telephone calls for the Sales Team Members

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • 2 year college minimum, 4 year degree preferred
  • 2 years administrative experience with national retailers highly recommended
  • Strong computer skills and proficient user of Microsof Office Suite and QuickBooks
