SHOWROOM SALES & DESIGN

15 year old West Midtown furniture company is growing again and looking to hire a new seasoned salesperson that is highly motivated, creative, dependable and focused, with an exceptional attention to detail for the position of Showroom Sales and Design. The primary responsibility of this opportunity will be to work in a team environment, providing customer service and product education to our clientele (retail clients and Interior Designers). A secondary responsibility will be to merchandise and maintain the look of the showroom in accordance with brand standards. The ideal candidate must be confident in their ability to professionally communicate extensive product knowledge in both verbal and written form.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage clients regarding their project(s) and assist with decision making process

SHOWROOM INTERNSHIP

We are currently seeking seasonal help in our showroom assisting both our full-time sales staff/designers and our customers. Responsibilities include fulfilling fabric swatch orders, the creation of inspiration boards, space planning and merchandising. This paid, hourly position is ideal for someone looking to gain experience in the furniture or outdoor design industry and may be used for internship credits if needed.

E-COMMERVE DATA ASSISTANT

AuthenTEAK, a luxury outdoor furniture retailer, is looking to grow it’s digital team with an E-Commerce Data Assistant. This position will provide support to the catalog management and marketing teams by updating product availability, resolving data discrepancies, and improving data integrity. The role will primarily work with Microsoft Excel spreadsheets and within the ecommerce platform, Big Commerce, to revise products and improve site experience.
This full-time salaried position is based in Atlanta and requires living locally. The candidate will work directly with the leadership and be an integral part of our e-commerce team. Currently this job is fully remote.

Job duties and responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and problem solve for ongoing website needs as they arise, including product alignment, inventory availability, etc
  • Complete ad hoc projects based on the needs of the ecommerce team including manual site review requests, site audits, blog audits, formatting and importing imagery, revising product data, and implementing new data standards
  • Identify, escalate and resolve data issues
  • Document, communicate, and recommend changes for data management

Job requirements and qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1-2 years of related data management experience
  • 1-2 years experience with Microsoft Excel
  • Basic HTML knowledge

GRAPHIC DESIGNER

AuthenTEAK, a leading omnichannel outdoor furnishings retailer, is looking to grow its digital team with an experienced and creative Graphic Designer who is equal parts unbounded creativity and ruthless organization. This individual will work closely with the entire marketing team.

Responsible for creative illustration, graphic design, and layout for a variety of sales and marketing assets, we will be counting on this person to continue to grow and refine authenTEAK’s unique brand identity.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of assets for advertising campaigns, print and web materials.
  • Develop an understanding of the authenTEAK brand and products so that you can accurately represent them in your daily tasks.
  • Follow and adhere to brand guidelines.
  • Ensure that digital illustrations meet specified web color and design standards set forth by our Brand Manager and UX Designer.
  • Offer support and report to the team to help create and design assets for web and print.
  • Assist with image creation and image /asset editing.
  • Creating web and print assets such as: vectors of each product, e-commerce, layout composition assets for each product.
  • Organizes and maintains shared photo asset library.
  • Works on projects as asked and can prioritize workflow to meet all deadlines.
  • Turn around Adobe assets for various small and large projects / assets to meet deadlines.
  • Attend regular Marketing and Design meetings.

EMAIL MARKETING MANAGER

AuthenTEAK, a leading omnichannel outdoor furnishings retailer, is looking to grow its digital team with an experienced and creative Email Marketing Manager who is forward-thinking, organized, and a true go getter.

In this position, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our email marketing strategy and engaging with targeted audiences to promote our brand and our products. The Email Marketing Manager plays a mission critical role in customer retention and will own the development, deployment, and reporting processes for our email/retention program.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end production process for email campaigns to achieve revenue goals
  • Work with creative team and business stakeholders to ensure concepts align with objectives
  • QA all emails, ensuring content is accurate and links work
  • Optimize results for email campaigns by testing subject lines, creative, copy, etc.
  • Ensure high inbox deliverability rate for all email campaigns
  • Be the expert on email best practices, technologies, trends, and CAN-SPAM laws
  • Continually monitor and analyze key KPIs; identifying trends, problems, opportunities, and shifts in behavior while iterating on existing campaigns to optimize each for maximum performance
  • Monitor campaigns to ensure consistency across all major email providers

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years minimum experience in Email Marketing
  • In-depth experience using third party email service provider platforms
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, and content design in the context of building/coding/deployment of email campaigns
  • Experience utilizing Google Analytics for metrics monitoring and reporting
  • A deep understanding of journey mapping, email triggers, segmentation, and behavior targeting
  • Experience identifying and interpreting key performance indicators to optimize email messaging, promotional opportunities, and campaign design
  • Project management experience within the development cycle of email creation
  • Ability to work collaboratively within teams to execute content strategy
  • Ability to work with product and technology teams to develop new email functionality and features
  • Experience deploying A/B and multivariate testing initiatives that is followed by the reporting of test findings in presentation/documentation
