We are monitoring the COVID-19 situation daily and working hard to keep you informed.

AuthenTEAK is making care-driven decisions to ensure the safety of our staff and our customers, while taking all necessary steps to maintain continuity of service.

Our showroom is open and appointments are appreciated. Please email customercare@authenteak.com or call 404-525-1995 to schedule a visit. Face coverings are required for all customers entering the showroom. We provide PPE for customers who do not bring their own. Please do not schedule an appointment if you have symptoms – like fever or cough – or if you have had recent exposure to someone infected with COVID-19.

In addition to our showroom, our customer care staff is accessible and fully engaged via our chat, phone or email. Please reach out during normal business hours to place orders or to ask general product questions.

FAQ

Has shipping or delivery been interrupted?

For the vast majority of the country we are shipping with normal transit times. There is always the possibility of delays given the global pandemic. Our shipping providers are under great strains at this time as they are working harder than ever with normal or fewer staff. We appreciate your patience as we all work through this pandemic together.

We recommend that all shipments be addressed to a residential address as some commercial locations are temporarily closed.


Can I expect a longer lead-time on my order?

Lead-times may be delayed. Every product contains a lead-time on the product page. If there is an extension post purchase, you will be contacted by our support team.


Is your showroom open to the public?

Our showroom is open and ready to serve you. Appointments are appreciated. Please email customercare@authenteak.com or call 404-525-1995 to setup an appointment.


How can I schedule a virtual design consultation?

Please email customercare@authenteak.com to schedule an appointment. You will need to have Skype or FaceTime.


Is AuthenTEAK still able to help me place my order?

Monday, August 3rd:
Lead-times are consistently adjusted based on manufacturer and supplier provided information. Our aim is quickly update this information to ensure we are current with the lead-times published on our site. Please note that we are doing our absolute best to ship orders within the time specified at checkout. It is possible for an order to delayed after purchase as our entire industry, including the shipping companies (FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc.), navigate the challenges of doing business in today’s environment. If your order is impacted, you will be contacted. All of our service partners are working harder than ever, many with a third of their normal staff or fewer. Your patience and understanding during this time is greatly appreciated. We are doing our very best to maintain a superior level of service. If you have any questions prior to ordering or after an order is placed, please do not hesitate to chat or call.

Our sales team is ready and prepared to answer any/all product questions that you may have. Shipping and delivery is operating as normal as possible. Lead-times are updated daily and in some cases weekly per brand. You may find that information on the product pages. We are prepared to accommodate any/all orders across the US.


Thursday, June 30th:
We are open and ready for business. We encourage appointments when visiting our showroom. Masks are required and will be provided if needed. Shipping and delivery is operating almost as usual. Wednesday, May 13th:
Our company operations (shipping/receiving and deliveries), customer service and web/marketing are all running well. Our showroom is close to being open by appointment on a full-time basis. Check back for an announcement. For our suppliers, Kingsley Bate non-stock cushion lead times are at 5 – 6 weeks and PolyWood is adding a second week to production times (20 business days). Lee Industries is partially reopening today. Woodard and Telescope are still targeting their re-openings within the next 10 days.


Monday, May 3rd:
Our company operations (shipping/receiving and deliveries), customer service and web/marketing are all running well. We expect to reopen our showroom to the public very, very soon. Please check back for an announcement. For our suppliers, Kingsley Bate is back to normal lead-times, PolyWood is adding another week to production times; and Lee Industries, Woodard and Telescope have pushed back the opening of their production facilities to the middle of May. No other changes to report.


Thursday, April 23rd:
Many operations for our suppliers around the country are beginning the process of opening up. Lane Venture in North Carolina is back and running. Kingsley Bates’ second cushion factory is also back to production. Polywood is back to normal lead-times with their cushion, but have extended lead-times on their frames from 10 to 12 business days.


Monday, April 20th:
AuthenTEAK is business as usual for customer service, web/marketing and operations, including all local and national shipping/receiving. White Glove Delivery and 1st Threshold Delivery for all new orders is still temporarily suspended. We are consistently bringing back additional staff to full-time hours. North Carolina based Lane Venture is opening back up ahead of schedule today. North Carolina base Lee Industries is scheduled to open back up on May 4th.


Wednesday, April 15th:
AuthenTEAK is business as usual for customer service, web/marketing and operations, including all local and national shipping and receiving. White Glove Delivery and 1st Threshold Delivery for all new orders is still temporarily suspended. Starting to see some lead-times increase, mainly for cushions. Kingsley Bate cushions are now at 1 – 3 weeks for quick ship cushions and 5 – 6 weeks for cushions with stocked fabrics. Woodard’s Owasso factory has extended it’s closure until May 1.


Wednesday, April 8th:
Business as usual for company operations (including all local and national shipping and receiving), customer service, web services and marketing. Starting to see some lead-times increase for our suppliers. Talenti is out of Italy and they are currently quoting 12 – 14 weeks.


Thursday, April 2nd:
Internal operations (including shipping and receiving), customer service, web services and marketing are operating business as usual. White Glove Delivery and 1st Threshold Delivery for all new orders has been temporarily suspended. All PolyWood Aluminum, Cushions (excluding Deep Seating cushions) and Pillows are temporarily unavailable until late May. All Gloster cushions have a 6 – 7 week lead-time.
