We are monitoring the COVID-19 situation daily and working hard to keep you informed. AuthenTEAK is making care-driven decisions to ensure the safety of our staff and our customers, while taking all necessary steps to maintain continuity of service. Our showroom is open and appointments are appreciated. Please email customercare@authenteak.com or call 404-525-1995 to schedule a visit. Face coverings are required for all customers entering the showroom. We provide PPE for customers who do not bring their own. Please do not schedule an appointment if you have symptoms – like fever or cough – or if you have had recent exposure to someone infected with COVID-19. In addition to our showroom, our customer care staff is accessible and fully engaged via our chat, phone or email. Please reach out during normal business hours to place orders or to ask general product questions. Thanks for your ongoing support and for making us your choice for luxury outdoor furnishings.

Has shipping or delivery been interrupted?

For the vast majority of the country we are shipping with normal transit times. There is always the possibility of delays given the global pandemic. Our shipping providers are under great strains at this time as they are working harder than ever with normal or fewer staff. We appreciate your patience as we all work through this pandemic together. We recommend that all shipments be addressed to a residential address as some commercial locations are temporarily closed.

Can I expect a longer lead-time on my order?

Lead-times may be delayed. Every product contains a lead-time on the product page. If there is an extension post purchase, you will be contacted by our support team.

Is your showroom open to the public?
