Gloster Lounge Fabric Cleaner is the ideal cleaner for the Gloster Cloud and Grid collections. To prevent and remove mildew, we recommend that items are cleaned at least once a year using Gloster Outdoor Lounge Fabric Cleaner. Bottom Frame Material Properties
Aluminum is a light and tough metal with an excellent strength to weight ratio and corrosion resistance - making it an ideal material for outdoor furniture.

The corrosion resistance of Gloster's aluminum furniture is enhanced by pre-treating the aluminum extrusions with a chrome conversion coating that deposits a thin layer of chrome on the surface. The treated frame is subsequently coated with an electro-statically applied, powder coat finish. The electro-static application method ensures 100% coverage of the metal's surface area and provides a consistent and tough finish that far exceeds other conventional paint finishes. The resulting finish is knock and scratch resistant, impervious to moisture, highly resistant to corrosion and easy to clean.

Cleaning Aluminum
Gloster Metal Cleaner - 25oz / 750ml plastic bottle with trigger-action head. Water-based formula - both non-toxic and environmentally friendly. Cleans and restores the new look of metal furniture. For use on anodized and powder-coated aluminum. Each bottle is supplied complete with a special applicator pad.

Repairing
The chrome conversion coating under the powder coat enhances the longevity of the furniture by ensuring scratches that penetrate the powder coat do not cause accelerated corrosion - in particular when used in marine or similarly aggressive environments. Minor scratches will not have a significant effect on the longevity of the furniture - nevertheless these can be repaired using paint touch up kits available from car accessory shops.

RESIDENTIAL
For residential use, Gloster Furniture, Inc. warrants to the original purchaser that their teak, aluminum, stainless steel frames and ceramic and granite table tops are free from defective materials and workmanship under its intended reasonable use for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase. Gloster offers no express or implied warranty on stained finishes. Woven products are warranted for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase. Parasols, sling, and glass are warranted for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase. Standard cushions are warranted for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. Rain cushions are warranted for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase.

Original purchase transaction receipt/record clearly displaying purchase date is required to activate all warranty claims. Damage resulting from the misuse, alteration, negligence, accident or normal wear is not covered by this warranty.

Small cracks, which may appear in the end-grain of teak when exposed to the elements, are considered entirely natural for teak outdoor furniture and are not covered by this warranty. All claims must be submitted through the original reseller of purchase. Please refer to Gloster Furniture, Inc. return policy for procedures if you believe an item has a manufacturer defect.

COMMERCIAL
For commercial use, Gloster Furniture, Inc. warrants to the original purchaser that their teak, aluminum and stainless steel frames, tabletops and woven products are free from defective materials and workmanship under its intended reasonable use for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase. Cushions, sling, and glass are warranted for a period of one year from the date of purchase.

Gloster furniture will at their discretion, repair or replace the defective product free of charge. Damage resulting from the misuse, alteration, negligence, accident or normal wear is not covered by this warranty.

Small cracks, which may appear in the end-grain of teak when exposed to the elements, are considered entirely natural for teak outdoor furniture and are not covered by this warranty.

Gloster parasols and all of their components are guaranteed to be free from defects in workmanship and material for a period of one year. Gloster will, at Gloster's discretion, repair or replace the parasol or parasol part free of charge. While Gloster parasols are stringently tested against the forces of nature, only products that are properly secured to an appropriate base can be warranted. Gloster parasols are not warranted against damaged caused by contact with the ground or foreign objects in association with severe acts of nature, sudden winds or improper operation or maintenance of the parasol. Gloster does not recommend using the parasol in wind conditions that exceed 25 miles per hour.
