What should I do if a product is damaged?
If an item is damaged, please note the damage on the receipt when you sign. (e.g. "broken chair"). Ensure that any and all damage is noted when signing the receipt.
Once you’ve signed for the items as damaged, please contact us at 866.350.8325 customercare@authenteak.com to report the damage. From there, we’ll work on getting you the replacements needed. We’ll likely ask that you submit photos of the damage as well, as this helps our claim process with the carrier.
In some cases, we may ask that you hold onto the damaged items until such time that the carrier can inspect or pick them up in order to settle our claim. Please do not discard the damaged items without first speaking to someone from AuthenTEAK.
