White Glove Delivery is the best option for ensuring a successful and trouble-free delivery experience of heavy items and/or items that require assembly. White Glove includes unpacking, assembly, inspection and placement of your order at the location of the delivery. White Glove deliveries are performed by our trusted shipping and receiving partners in your local area.

This elevated delivery service is recommended for furniture (with or without assembly), cantilever umbrellas, larger single tables, heavy fire pits and grills. White Glove is also ideal if your delivery location has built-in challenges such as a steep driveway, lots of step and/or any other potential obstacle that could result in challenges with standard curbside shipments.

Our White Glove service does NOT include connection to electrical components, gas lines, plumbing, installation of cantilever mount kits, or sand for cantilever bases. White Glove is not available outside of the contiguous United States. Orders ship complete.

To schedule your delivery, you will be contacted by our local White Glove partner once your order arrives at their facility. Most appointments are Monday - Friday and require a 2 - 4 hour delivery window, not counting time on-site. Saturday and Sunday deliveries are not available in most locations. You MUST be present and inspect the product at the time of delivery. Any damage noticed should be clearly referenced on the PROOF OF DELIVERY sheet that your service provider asks you to sign. This step simply ensures that if there is any damage, resolving the issue will be much easier moving forward.
