TiiPii prioritizes robust materials in its production processes, including utilizing aluminum in all beds and stainless steel across its deluxe stand range. This ensures products are fit for purpose, far beyond the warranty period. 

TiiPii has also eliminated soft plastics from packaging and uses only recyclable materials. What’s more, TiiPii products are designed with waste reduction as a priority, with individual components of each product capable of being replaced if damaged rather than the entire unit.

To keep maintenance to a low level, it is suggested that the Deluxe TiiPii Bed should always be ideally paired with the TiiPii waterproof cover (sold separately).

In countries where the Deluxe TiiPii will not be used for elongated periods of time in undesired seasons, it is highly recommended to pack the TiiPii away, always ensuring it is COMPLETELY DRY.

All Sunbrella fabric is treated extensively for mould and UV resistance, however failure to thoroughly clean and entirely dry the TiiPii Bed before stowing away will compromise the lifespan of the TiiPii greatly, and void warranty

• Machine washable.
• Remove the ring section prior to washing.
• Cold wash only, preferably on a gentle cycle or inside a wash bag.
• Do not tumble dry.
• Do not iron.

Spot cleanable with diluted bleach; Prepare 1 cup of bleach & 1/4 cup mild soap per 4 liters of water. Spray on entire area and allow to soak into the fabric for 15 minutes. Clean entire surface area with a sponge, clean towel or very soft bristle brush. Rinse thoroughly to remove all soap residue. Air dry, fully assembled.

Always dry your TiiPii Bed with the ring system fully reinserted and assembled to prevent deformation; this is very important.

Do not allow the TiiPii Bed to come into contact with a vertical surface or any other object that could damage the ring system or cause abrasion to the fabric.

Never allow water to gather in the bottom of the TiiPii – as this could not only compromise the integrity of the fabric over time, but also increase the risk of children drowning.

Stow or pack away the TiiPii Bed in periods between use.

Always ensure the TiiPii and / or the waterproof cover is completely 100% dry when packing it away. Any moisture or dampness will result in damage caused by mold.

Clean and care for your TiiPii as advised within these instructions; if mold, mildew or stains are not treated when noticed, you will compromise the appearance and quality of the Deluxe TiiPii Bed.

Warranty does not cover fair wear and tear or damage caused by lack of preventative maintenance. Warranty void if load limit is exceeded, if care instructions are not followed or if the TiiPii was not used or cared for appropriately.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this document, Tareo UK LTD and all agents & representatives thereof will not, under any circumstances, be liable to distributor or end users for consequential, incidental, special, punitive, or exemplary damages or death arising out of or related to the use of a TiiPii Bed in a manner not expressly intended by the manufacturer. The end user is responsible for ensuring the TiiPii is properly installed in accordance with this manual and for confirming the load bearing suitability of any hanging structure. Children to be supervised at all times – never leave a child unattended.

Returns & Exchanges

With proof of purchase, you may return or exchange an eligible item within 30 days of delivery. All returns must be in original condition and packaging. We cannot accept returns for items that have been opened, assembled, altered, used or made to order. AuthenTEAK does not offer free returns and the customer is responsible for all costs associated with returning merchandise. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. If you choose to exchange an eligible item, a portion of the restocking fee may be waived.

If the order was shipped and/or delivered at no charge—including any free White-Glove promotions—the cost of that shipping and/or delivery service will be deducted from any eligible refunds.

All refunds must include a Return Authorization (RA) number. To obtain an RA number and process your refund, please complete the form below. Refunds are processed within one week of receipt and inspection of merchandise.
