Our product assortment has been selected for quality and durability. Unfortunately, it is sometimes necessary to consult your product warranty. At AuthenTEAK, we will do everything we can to get your warranty issues resolved. Should you have a problem with your item, please find your product warranty below listed alphabetically by brand.

After reviewing your warranty, should you need further assistance please submit a request using our Warranty Request Form. Please include your original date of purchase and/or purchaser’s name so we can find your sales record. Be sure to also include any images which will help us to assess the issue. All emails will be reviewed upon receipt, but please allow 48 hours for us to get back to you while we initiate communication with the manufacturer on your behalf.

Alfresco Grills and Appliances

Alfresco Limited Warranty - (residential use only)

LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
Alfresco will repair or replace any stainless steel part including all fabricated stainless steel components, stainless steel burners and standard round grill grates (excluding what is covered in the Five Year Limited Warranty) to be defective from workmanship and when subjected to normal residential use and service. This warranty excludes surface corrosion, scratches, discoloration, weather and atmospheric related staining, and minor surface rust and oxidation which are normal conditions. Labor to remove and replace defective parts is not covered after first year of ownership. Shipping and handling cost will apply. Alfresco recommends that you use an authorized Alfresco servicer to perform such service.

LIMITED FIVE-YEAR WARRANTY
Alfresco warrants the stainless steel briquette trays, gas valves and drip pans, to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for a period of five years from the original date of purchase. Labor to remove and replace defective parts is not covered after first year of ownership. Shipping and handling cost will apply. All service provided by Alfresco under this warranty must be performed by an authorized Alfresco servicer.

FULL ONE YEAR WARRANTY
For one year from the date of original installation, your Alfresco grill warranty covers all parts and labor to repair or replace, under normal residential use, any part of the product that proves to be defective in materials or workmanship. All service provided by Alfresco under this warranty must be performed by an authorized Alfresco servicer, unless otherwise specified by Alfresco. Service will only be provided during normal business hours.

SERVICE & REPLACEMENT PARTS
For quicker and easier results visit Alfresco's website at: http://www.alfrescogrills.com or, call 866-203-5067 to report service problems and/or to obtain replacement parts for your Alfresco Grill. Replacement parts are shipped F.O.B. Commerce, California 90040. Before calling for service, please make sure you have the following information: Model number, serial number, date of purchase, and proof of purchase by original owner.

TERMS APPLICABLE TO EACH WARRANTY
The warranty applies only to products installed for normal residential use. The warranty applies only to products installed in any one of the fifty states of the United States, the District of Columbia or the ten provinces of Canada. This warranty does not cover any parts or labor to correct any defect caused by negligence, accident or improper use, maintenance, installation, service or repair.

American Fireglass

American Fireglass stands behinds it's products 100%. We offer a LIFETIME warranty on all of our fire glass, 2 year warranty on Lite Stones, 5 year warranty on burner products due to manufacture defects or workmanship. Ignition Systems are subject to the manufacturers' warranties. Proof of purchase is required.

Athena

One year limited warranty.

Aupa Plancha

Aura Heaters

Company warrants to the original Buyer only, that the Product (excluding emitter lamp) will be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of 36 months (Emitter Lamp - 12 months) after shipment from its factory, unless otherwise specified. Company shall, at its option, repair or replace free of charge within the warranty period any components or assemblies supplied by Company which prove to be defective in workmanship or materials, subject to the following: (a) The warranty period for all welded, structural, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic components and lead acid batteries shall be 12 months from the shipment date; (b) The warranty period for all electrical components shall be 18 months from the shipment date, or such other period specified by the manufacturer(s) of said electrical components; (c) Items supplied by Company, but not of its manufacture, carry the original manufacturer's warranty which is passed on to the Buyer who will be required to deal directly with the manufacturer of such items on any warranty issues pertaining thereto. This warranty does not apply to damage or loss due to accident, improper use (including, without limitation, overloading), negligence, improper maintenance or modification of any part of the Product by the Buyer, it's agents, employees, invitees and any person for whom it is in law responsible. This warranty is non-transferable and extended only to the original Buyer of the Product. THERE ARE NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NOT SPECIFIED HEREIN RESPECTING THIS AGREEMENT, PRODUCT, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, DOCUMENTATION OR SERVICES PROVIDED. Company assumes no liability for damages arising from the use of the Product by the Buyer or any third party. By purchasing Company Product, the Buyer assumes all liability for any damages of any kind which may result from its use or misuse by the Buyer, Buyer's employees, agents, contractors or any other third party unknown to Company or the Buyer, including damages due to failure of the Product.

Bambrella

The standard warranty is 60 months for residential use and 36 months for commercial use with the Levante Range and Infinity Collections.

There is a 36 month warranty for both commercial and residential use with the Side Wind Collection and 24 months for residential use with the Sirocco Collection.
The period of warranty is calculated from the date of purchase.
This is in addition to any of the rights the customer may have in law.
This warranty is not intended to modify or limit such rights.

This warranty is given subject to the following conditions:

1. It is the buyer's / user's responsibility to ensure the Bamrbrella® umbrella is correctly mounted in a suitable base or anchor fixing system, taking in to account the size of the Bambrella® umbrella and prevailing weather conditions.

2. The Bambrella® parasol is to be used, having regard for the prevailing weather at the time of use. You must take additional care in windy conditions. Bambrella® does not recommend or warrant the use of their umbrellas in winds exceeding 25mph (40 kph). The umbrella must also be collapsed when left unattended.

 

3. Any modifications made to the Bambrella® Umbrella, except those made by an authorized Bambrella® agent, may invalidate the warranty.

4. This warranty does not cover repairs which are necessary because of an accident or because of careless use of the Bambrella® umbrella.

5. This warranty does not cover damage of the Bambrella® umbrella caused from or by wind, fire, theft, vandalism or misuse.

6. This warranty is for the benefit of the original purchaser of the Bambrella® umbrella and does not apply to any subsequent owner.

7. If you fail to comply with any of the conditions of this warranty, your failure may invalidate the warranty or any claim made under it.

8. The material covers are not guaranteed by this warranty but by each manufacturer for the different materials available. Please visit www.bambrellaUSA.com to see what protection is offered for the relevant covers.

Barlow Tyrie

Products believed to be faulty workmanship of materials should be reported to Barlow Tyrie as soon as possible. If applicable, photographic proof of claim may be requested for examination or determination. Any faults found on inspection and covered by this warranty will be rectified by the replacement of the faulty part.

If deemed necessary for repair, Barlow Tyrie will arrange for the product in question to be returned via their choice of transit and returned free of charge to the customer. No returns are accepted without authorization and will be refused. Barlow Tyrie's liability in respect to goods supplied by it and not of its manufacture shall be limited to any guarantee or warranty given by the manufacturer of such goods. Barlow Tyrie shall not be under any further liability however arising and all conditions and warranties expressed or implied by or under statute, custom or trade usage are hereby expressly excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Bentintoshape Fire Pits

Bentintoshape LLC warrants to the original Customer that the Bentintoshape product(s) which the Customer received this warranty was designed, developed and/or fabricated using all due reasonable commercial care and good manufacturing practices. Bentintoshape's product(s) shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for 365 days from date of shipment. Bentintoshape's sole obligation under this warranty is to repair or replace the product, at Bentintoshape's option. Bentintoshape must be notified in writing of any claim under this warranty within 30-days of any claimed lack of conformity of the product(s). Bromic Heating

Bromic Pty Limited ('Bromic') warrants to the original purchaser ('the Purchaser') of products supplied by Bromic Heating ('the Goods') that the Goods will be free from defects and/or faults in materials and/or workmanship for twelve (12) months from the date of Bromic invoice.

Cane-line

RESIDENTIAL 
Cane-line offers a 2 year warranty on all frames and 2 years on all fibers, tabletops (excluding glass), against any manufacturing defect, which affects their suitability for use. Parasols, glass tops and accessories including but limited to, cushions, covers are warranted with 1 year. All warranties are from the date of purchase. The warranty applies to normal conditions of use, maintenance and storage and does not apply to faults or imperfections caused by misuse, alterations, accidents, negligence, the passing of time or normal wear and tear. Circumstances not covered by this warranty, but not limited to are, scratches or marks resulting from use, shade of colors, small cracks in fiber concrete tops etc.. The warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of those products or parts of products, which Cane-line accepts to be defectively manufactured during the warranty period, at no cost to the customer. Should a product have been discontinued, Cane-line will replace with a similar and comparable product.

Original invoice and receipt of purchase with clearly displayed purchase date accompanied with proper photo documentation, is required in order to treat any claim for warranty. Any claim must be submitted through the original reseller.

CONTRACT
Cane-line offers a 2 year warranty on all frames and 2 years on all fibers, tabletops (excluding glass), against any manufacturing defect, which affects their suitability for use. Parasols and glass and accessories are warranted with 1 year. All warranties are from the date of purchase. Cane-line Parasols and Pavilions are produced and tested according to normal average weather conditions; however only products that has been securely fastened to an appropriate base will be warranted. Cane-line parasols and Pavilions are therefore not warranted against unusual forces of nature like, but not limited, to sudden winds, cloudburst nor to improper handling or use. Cane-line does not recommend using parasols or pavilions in windy weather conditions.

Capel Rugs

Capel warrants their rug against manufacturing defects for a one (1) year period from the date of original purchase. Capel will repair or replace, at its option, this rug without charge. To register a complaint under this warranty, please contact us. Proof of original purchase is required.

Capital Garden Products

Capital Garden Products are made to last for years in all weather condition and are completely frost-proof and non-corrosive, it is superior to terracotta, stone and even some metals and is ideal for use inside and out. None of our finishes are painted surfaces therefore they cannot chip or flake off revealing a different color below. Colors may vary due to the nature of our hand finishing and the photographic process and are not defects. These aspects enhance the character of the pieces. Capital Garden Products are warranted to the original purchaser for the period of two years from date of purchase, to be free from defects in materials, and workmanship.

Century

Aluminum Frames - Two Year Limited Warranty 
Century Leisure warrants its aluminum frames to be free of defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for a period of two years from the date of delivery.

Steel/Stainless Steel Frames - Two Year Limited Warranty 
Century Leisure warrants its steel or stainless steel frames to be free of defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for a period of two years from the date of delivery.

Woven - Two Year Limited Warranty 
Century Leisure warrants its woven products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two years from the date of delivery.

Teak and Mahogany Frames - Two Year Limited Warranty 
Century Leisure warrants its teak and mahogany frames to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two years from the date of delivery. We do not warrant the finish. The finish will age with exposure to weather elements. Regular maintenance is required to preserve the finish.

Cast Resin/Crushed Stone Amalgam Tables - One Year Limited Warranty 
Century Leisure warrants its cast resin/stone amalgam tables to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of delivery. We do not warrant the finish. The finish will age with exposure to weather elements. Cast resin/stone amalgam tables, which are exposed to temperatures below 33 degrees Fahrenheit, should be covered with a non-porous cover to prevent the introduction of residual moisture. This moisture, if introduced into the crevices in cast resin/stone amalgam tables, may freeze at temperatures below 33 degrees Fahrenheit and may cause splits or cracks. Note: Damage caused by water freeze will not be covered under any Century Leisure warranty.

Stone Table Tops and Inserts - One Year Limited Warranty 
Century Leisure warrants its stone tables to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of delivery. We do not warrant the finish. The finish will age with exposure to weather elements. Tables with stone tops, which are exposed to temperatures below 33 degrees Fahrenheit, should be covered with a non-porous cover to prevent the introduction of residual moisture. This moisture, if introduced into the holes and crevices in stone, may freeze at temperatures below 33 degrees Fahrenheit and may cause splits or cracks. Note: Damage caused by water freeze will not be covered under any Century Leisure warranty.

Copper Table Tops and Inserts - One Year Limited Warranty 
Century Leisure warrants its copper tables to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of delivery. We do not warrant the finish. The finish will age with exposure to weather elements. Note: Damage caused by water freeze will not be covered under any Century Leisure warranty.

Fabrics - One Year Limited Warranty 
Century Leisure warrants its outdoor fabrics on cushions and slings should the fabric tear, mildew or fade excessively under normal usage for a period of one year from the date of delivery. If replaced, we will use the original color/pattern, if available. A similar color/pattern will be used if the original has been discontinued. Please see separate instructions for information regarding care and cleaning. Note: Damage caused by water freeze will not be covered under any Century Leisure warranty.

Warranty Limitations 
This Warranty does not include failures or damage due to: The wearing quality, durability and color-fastness of fabrics or any use of interior fabric; Fabrics not purchased through Century Leisure or any interior grade fabric; Stains caused by tanning lotions or other chemical; Non-residential use and shall not apply to commercial or contract use; Acts of nature, including fire, wind and freeze damage; Normal fading; Any condition resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance, cleaning or care; Any condition resulting from ordinary wear, or from any use for which the product was not designed; Misuse, negligence, alteration, abuse, or accidents; Mildew on wood or other discoloration of wood; Scratching or chipping of paint; Fading or weathering of CenShield Stain or CenShield Gloss finishes; Routine wear on items such as wheels, glides, moving parts, and hardware; Natural variations occurring in wood or other natural materials; Damage caused by the carrier in-transit.

This Warranty is provided to the initial purchaser of new products purchased from an authorized Century Leisure dealer. Century Leisure's obligation under this Warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the defective product with a comparable component or product upon receipt of dated proof of delivery. This Warranty will exclude any display samples. Coverage under this Warranty does not include incidental or consequential damages.

Our suppliers may discontinue component parts such as fabric or paint at any time; if so, an alternate selection will be provided. In some cases, there could be a pro-rated charge for the time the product was in use. Some states do not allow limitation on the length of how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion of limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.

Classic Cushions

Classic Cushions & Umbrellas warranty is extended to the original purchaser utilizing our cushions and umbrellas in ordinary home use. Classic Cushions & Umbrellas warrants that your cushion or umbrella is free from defects in material or workmanship as of the date of purchase and will, with proper care by the purchaser, remain so for a period of one year from the date of delivery.

If your Classic Cushions or Umbrellas fails structurally during the period of one year from original purchase, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace without charge.

This warranty does not cover products used for commercial purchases, or products that have not been cleaned or maintained properly. This warranty does not cover normal fading or stretching that occurs in fabrics and upholstery materials. The original purchaser must provide proof of purchase when requesting service under this warranty.

Classic Cushions & Umbrellas will not be responsible for any consequential damages, loss of use, or other expenses resulting from defective products.

Couristan Rugs

Couristan provides a one-year limited repair or replacement warranty. Couristan warrants (to the original purchaser) that our area rugs will be free from any material or manufacturing fault or defect which would prevent our area rugs from giving satisfactory service for a period of one-year from the date of delivery to the original seller. This limited warranty does not include the area rug's serging or fringe and specifically excludes any damage to the area rug caused by normal or extraordinary wear and tear, commercial use, improper maintenance or any damage caused by factors not inherent in the area rug at the time of purchase. Material and manufacturing defects will be determined by an Authorized Couristan Inspector. To read more please view the Couristan Warranty.

Danver

Danver hereby warrants to the original consumer purchaser that its outdoor cabinets and related products and accessories are free from manufacturing defects and workmanship for the useful lifetime of the product. This warranty is not transferable and is for residential applications only. This warranty does not apply in the case of normal wear and tear, accidental misuse, abuse, or negligence, product modification, improper storage or improper installation. This warranty is expressly limited to repair or replacement of the defective part at the discretion of Danver, and does not include expenses incurred in the removal, shipment or installation for removal or replacement.

This warranty applies only to cabinets or related products purchased through an authorized Danver dealer. This warranty is in lieu of all other implied or expressed warranties. Surface corrosion and discoloration is not covered under warranty but can be minimized or eliminated with care and cleaning. See below for specific warranties for painted finishes and drawer slides.The drawer slides were chosen for strength and durability with use. They have been treated to withstand the elements, but their warranty is limited to two (2) years. Replacements are available if necessary.

Danver’s painted finishes are made to withstand weather, sunlight and harsh conditions. Danver warrants to the original consumer purchaser that its finishes are free from manufacturing defects and workmanship fully for 3 years, 50% of cost from year 3 to 5, and for cost from year 5 to 7.

Danver reserves the right to make changes in design, construction materials and prices as conditions require and as improvements are developed, without obligation to incorporate such changes in cabinetry or related products previously manufactured by Danver.

All implied warranties, including the warranties of merchantability and of fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the period of the express warranty stated above. In no event shall Danver be liable for incidental or consequential damage.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations and exclusion may not apply to some purchasers.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other rights, which vary from state to state.

Claims – all claims for defective cabinets or related products must be submitted to Danver in writing and must specify the defects alleged to be present. Danver will, at its discretion, either repair or replace any defective cabinets or related products.

Stainless steel surfaces can be scratched and/or dented during normal use or installation. These marks are not covered as defective material or workmanship. All complaints about defective surface finishes must be inspected by an authorized representative of Danver prior to installation. Danver will not be responsible for any expense involved in removing or reinstalling cabinetry with a defective finish. Danver reserves the option of either approving field repair or returning the cabinetry or component to the factory for correction. If a field repair is possible, an accurate estimate of the cost must be obtained. No action can be taken without Danver’s authorization.

DEKKO Fire Pits

DEKKO concrete fire pits guarantees a one-year warranty against defects on materials, the burner and workmanship.

EcoJet

The manufacturer guarantees EcoJet against any manufacturing defects within the period of twelve months, from the date on the sales invoice.

Elementi

Ocean Rock USA LLC doing business as Elementi, warrants Elementi fire features and accessories to be free from defects in parts and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. In the event of such defects Elementi will, at its option, repair or replace the defective product. The foregoing is at the discretion of Elementi. There will be no charge for the replacement parts or product, however it will be the consumer’s responsibility to return the product to the original place of purchase.

Elementi will not be responsible for consequential damages in excess of the purchase price of the product on which such liability is based and the warranty does not cover costs including freight, removal and reinstallation.

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only for units that are for non-commercial personal use only.

Under this warranty agreement, all gas lines must be installed by a licensed gas fitter. Damage caused by shipping, staining and abuse are not covered under this warranty. Dings, dents and scratches, fading and natural weathering are not covered under this warranty. Decorative rock is not covered under this warranty. Improper installations, repair or modifications made by anyone other than Elementi will void this warranty and any damage caused by such is also not covered under this warranty.

Minor chipping, weather fading, water staining and non-structural hairline cracks are typical of the material of this product and are not covered under this warranty. Some color and texture variation is typical of the material and finish for this product and is not covered under this warranty.

Cast concrete is a hand finished process. As such, this product’s finish will vary by unit. There will be a color variance of up to 15% in each unit. There may also be uneven texture or pattern as well as small holes in the surface caused by air or water trapped on the surface during casting. This is a normal trait of cast concrete and is not covered under warranty.

Fire Pit Art Fire Pits

All components are warranted for a period of 10 years after date of purchase by the original owner.

Galtech Umbrellas

Galtech market umbrellas and stands are warranted for a period of 1 year from the original date of consumer purchase. All auto tilt and deluxe commercial umbrellas are warranted for 2 years from original date of consumer purchase. Covers are warranted against loss of color or strength from normal exposure conditions: Sunbrella - 3 years; Suncrylic - 1 year; Thatch - 1 year.

Galtech International warrants that these products shall be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal and reasonable use and proper assembly as follows:

What is covered:
- Warping, splitting or rotting of wood frame poles
- Rusting, discoloring of metal parts
- Broken tilt mechanisms, broken cords, broken cranks

What is NOT covered:
- Damage caused from wind conditions - including broken ribs and bent aluminum poles.

Gloster

RESIDENTIAL
For residential use, Gloster Furniture, Inc. warrants to the original purchaser that their teak, aluminum, stainless steel frames and ceramic and granite table tops are free from defective materials and workmanship under its intended reasonable use for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase. Gloster offers no express or implied warranty on stained finishes. Woven products are warranted for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase. Cushions, sling, parasols and glass are warranted for a period of one year from the date of purchase.

Original purchase transaction receipt/record clearly displaying purchase date is required to activate all warranty claims. Damage resulting from the misuse, alteration, negligence, accident or normal wear is not covered by this warranty.

Small cracks, which may appear in the end-grain of teak when exposed to the elements, are considered entirely natural for teak outdoor furniture and are not covered by this warranty. All claims must be submitted through the original reseller of purchase. Please refer to Gloster Furniture, Inc. return policy for procedures if you believe an item has a manufacturer defect.

COMMERCIAL
For commercial use, Gloster Furniture, Inc. warrants to the original purchaser that their teak, aluminum and stainless steel frames, tabletops and woven products are free from defective materials and workmanship under its intended reasonable use for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase. Cushions, sling, and glass are warranted for a period of one year from the date of purchase.

Gloster furniture will at their discretion, repair or replace the defective product free of charge. Damage resulting from the misuse, alteration, negligence, accident or normal wear is not covered by this warranty.

Small cracks, which may appear in the end-grain of teak when exposed to the elements, are considered entirely natural for teak outdoor furniture and are not covered by this warranty.

Gloster parasols and all of their components are guaranteed to be free from defects in workmanship and material for a period of one year. Gloster will, at Gloster's discretion, repair or replace the parasol or parasol part free of charge. While Gloster parasols are stringently tested against the forces of nature, only products that are properly secured to an appropriate base can be warranted. Gloster parasols are not warranted against damaged caused by contact with the ground or foreign objects in association with severe acts of nature, sudden winds or improper operation or maintenance of the parasol. Gloster does not recommend using the parasol in wind conditions that exceed 25 miles per hour.

Heatscope Electric Heaters

All HEATSCOPE eletric heaters are guaranteed for two-years. The warranty period begins on the date on which the new unit was purchased. Expendable parts or defects that affect the usability of the unit only slightly are not covered by the guarantee. When making a guarantee claim, you must provide the original invoice showing the date of purchase and the unit model.

Hestan

Lifetime warranty on welded body, DiamondCut™ grates and warming racks, Trellis™ burners, variable sear burners, and rotisserie burner.

Infratech Electric Heaters

Infratech warrants that this electric heater is designed and manufactured to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from original date of purchase.

Kamado Joe

Limited Lifetime Warranty on Ceramic Parts
Kamado Joe warrants that all ceramic parts used in this Kamado Joe grill and smoker are free of defects in material and workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the grill.

5-Year Warranty on Metal Parts
Kamado Joe warrants that all metal and cast iron parts used in this Kamado Joe grill and smoker are free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of five (5) years.

3-Year Warranty on Heat Deflector and Pizza Stone
Kamado Joe warrants that the heat deflector frame and ceramic plate(s) and the pizza stone used for the Kamado Joe grill and smoker are free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of five (3) years.

1-Year Warranty on Thermometer and Gaskets
Kamado Joe warrants that the thermometer and gaskets used in this Kamado Joe grill and smoker are free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year.

When Does Warranty Coverage Begin?
Warranty coverage commences on the original date of purchase and covers only the original purchaser. For the warranty to apply, you must register your grill at: kamadojoe.com/form_grill_registration. If a defect in material or workmanship is discovered during the applicable warranty period under normal use and maintenance, Kamado Joe will, at our sole option, replace or repair the defective component at no cost to you for the component itself.

This warranty does not apply to labor, freight, or any other cost associated with the service, repair or operation of the grill.

 

What is Not Covered?
This warranty does not apply to damage caused by abuse or use of the product for purposes other than that for which it is designed, damage caused by lack of proper use, assembly, maintenance or installation, damages caused by accidents or natural disasters, damage caused by unauthorized attachments or modifications, or damage during transport.

This warranty does not cover thermometers or felt gaskets. This warranty does not cover damage from normal wear and tear from use of the product (for example, scratches, dents, dings and chipping) or changes in the appearance of the grill that do not affect its performance.

Kingsley-Bate

With proper use and care, we are confident that all Kingsley-Bate products will provide you with years of trouble-free enjoyment. Your furniture comes with a limited warranty against manufacturer's defects. Standard warranty periods for each category of furniture are provided below.

Teak Furniture
- 5 year warranty for residential applications
- 3 year warranty for commercial applications
- 1 year warranty for glass table tops, cushions, slings, and pillows

Stainless Steel Furniture
- 3 year warranty for residential or commercial applications
- 1 year warranty for slings

Woven Furniture
- 3 year warranty for residential or commercial applications
- 1 year warranty for glass table tops, cushions, and pillows

Umbrellas/Bases
- 1 year umbrella warranty for residential or commercial applications
- 1 year umbrella base warranty for residential or commercial applications (corrosion not covered)

Kooduu

Kooduu US provides a limited one (1) year warranty from date of purchase to the original purchaser of all Kooduu US products that the fixture is free from defects in material and workmanship.

This warranty applies under conditions of normal use only. Kooduu US is not liable for natural aging or defects that result from negligence, improper cleaning, misuse, abnormal mechanical or environmental conditions, unauthorized disassembly, repair/modification, or accidental damage of any kind.

For this one year following the date of the original purchase Kooduu US will, at its option, repair, replace, or provide a substitute for any piece or part proven to be defective in material or workmanship unless explicitly stated not to be covered by the warranty. Any costs for packing and shipping are not covered under this warranty. To receive proper service under this warranty the original purchase receipt or invoice must be presented.

Koverroos

Products are warranted to be free of defects from workmanship and materials. The warranty offers free repair for a period of 10 years for WeatherMax covers. The warranty protects your furniture cover against damage when used under normal conditions and does not cover damage from acts of god, vandalism, neglect, misuse, or improper use such as wind whippage. Damage caused due to improper sizing or installation, as well as damage caused by heavy storms or high winds will not be covered under warranty. Warranty is void if the cover has been modified in any way. This warranty is in lieu of all warranties expressed or implied, and under no circumstances shall we be liable for any damages in excess of the covers’ original purchase price. Warranty is calculated from the date of original purchase.

La Siesta

2 Year Warranty

All LA SIESTA products come with a two-year warranty and are guaranteed to be free of defect in materials and workmanship. We will gladly replace any LA SIESTA product with a manufacturing defect within two years of original purchase.

LA SIESTA products are designed to withstand normal outdoor and recreational use. To prevent premature weathering, we recommend indoor storage for our products when not in active use. We do not warranty against normal wear and tear. Fading and weathering due to prolonged exposure to sun, rain, snow and heavy humidity, is not covered by our warranty. We do not warranty against rot, mold, mildew or damage from improper storage, maintenance, installation, or modification.

Lane Venture

5 Year Limited Warranty
This limited warranty covers all defects in workmanship or materials of WeatherMaster by Lane Venture product for the original owner.

- Frames are warranted for a period of five years.
- Finishes are warranted for a period of three years.
- Fabric and cushions are warranted for a period of two years.
- Composite and stone tops are warranted for a period of two years.
- All warranty coverage begins with the original retail purchase date.

Proper maintenance of your product is required to support the benefits of this warranty. This includes but is not limited to the owner's annual inspection of the frames and touch-up of any minor damage of the product. This warranty is voided in the event that there are indications of abuse or neglect to the furniture.

For service under this warranty contact your Lane Venture Retailer from whom you purchased the product. If the Lane Venture Retailer from whom you purchased the product is no longer in business, you should contact Lane Venture directly at 828-328-2271. When submitting a claim, you will be required to submit the proof of purchase receipt including the date and may be asked for photographs of the product to submit to Lane Venture.

Lane Venture will review your warranty claim and determine the most appropriate corrective action. A Lane Venture Representative may visit to inspect the product as part of the review process. Lane Venture will repair or replace any part of the product or the entire product at Lane Venture's sole discretion if it is determined that the product is defective in material or workmanship.

Provided you submit your warranty claim in accordance with the terms of this warranty, repair or replacement of the product (other than freight as described below) will be at no charge to you. In the event that you do not submit your claim in accordance with this warranty, including submitting the claim through the Lane Venture Retailer from whom you purchased the product, you will be charged a 10% service charge based on the purchase price of the covered product.

If Lane Venture determines in its sole discretion that the product needs to be returned to Lane Venture for repair or replacement of a product part, then you shall return such product to the Lane Venture Retailer from which you purchased the product and you shall bear all of the cost of such freight. Lane Venture will bear the cost of all other freight charges.

This warranty applies only to residential use of the WeatherMaster by Lane Venture products.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Lee Industries

Frame and springs are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for life; and, cushions, beds, mattresses, and motion mechanisms are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for seven (7) years based on the following:

- Warranty applies to original owner
- Warranty applies to normal residential use. Defects resulting from negligence or abuse and items used in a commercial or business setting are not covered.
- Warranty applies to furniture in the original upholstered cover.

Upholstery fabrics, including slipcovers, are warranted for one (1) year against seam slippage, fraying or dye transfer when the cleaning instructions provided by LEE are followed. Wearing, wrinkling, fading, and piling are not covered. Application of a soil resistant treatment by anyone other than LEE , negates the fabric warranty. In order to request service under our warranty, all claims must be submitted through the authorized LEE dealer where the furniture was purchased.

Looflighters

Looftlighters stands behind our products with confidence which is why we always offer a three-year warranty as a standard for Looftlighters manufactured 2018 or after. For Looftlighters manufactured before 2018 we offer a 2 year warranty.

Lynx Grills

Limited Lifetime Warranty
The stainless steel body housings, the solid brass grill burners and the ProSear burners* are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship when subjected to normal domestic use and service for the lifetime of the original purchaser. This warranty excludes surface corrosion, scratches, and discoloration which may occur during regular use. This warranty is limited to the replacement of the defective parts, with the owner paying all other cost including labor. *Does not include the rotisserie infra-red burner.

Limited Five-Year Warranty
The following grill parts are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship, when subjected to normal domestic use and service, for a period of five (5) years from the original date of purchase; warming racks, spit rods, briquette trays, manifolds and gas valves. This warranty is limited to the replacement of the defective parts, with the owner paying all other costs including labor, shipping, and handling.

Limited Two-Year Warranty
All other grill components are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship, when subjected to normal domestic use and service, for a period of two (2) years from the original date of purchase. This warranty is limited to the replacement of the defective parts, with the owner paying all other costs including labor, shipping and handling.

Limited One-Year Warranty
For a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase, Lynx will replace or repair parts found to be defective at no cost to the original purchaser. This includes the cost of shipping replacement parts and, where necessary, service labor at prevailing local rates by a Lynx authorized service person. Service will be provided during normal business hours and must be authorized in advance by Lynx.

Limitations & Exclusions
1) Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and may not be transferred.
2) Warranty is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied and all other obligations or liabilities related to the sale or use of its grill products.
3) Warranty shall not apply and Lynx is not responsible for damage resulting from misuse, abuse, alteration of or tampering with the appliance, accident, hostile environment, flare-up fires, improper installation, or installation not in accordance with the instructions contained in this manual, or the local codes.
4) Lynx shall not be liable for incidental, consequential, special or contingent damages resulting from its breach of this written warranty or any implied warranty.
5) Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusions of or limitations on consequential damages. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights which vary from state to state.
6) No one has the authority to add to or vary Lynx’s warranty, or to create for Lynx any other obligation or liability in connection with the sale or use of its products.
7) Limited to the replacement of defective parts with the owner paying all other costs including labor.

What is not covered
Lynx shall not be responsible for and shall not pay for the following:
1) Installation or start-up, damages or problems caused by improper installation or use;
2) Service by an unauthorized service provider;
3) Damage or repair due to service by an unauthorized service provider or use of unauthorized parts.
4) Units installed in non-residential applications such as day-care centers, bed and breakfast centers, churches, nursing homes, restaurants, hotels, schools, etc.
5) To correct normal adjustments or settings, due to improper installation, commissioning or local gas supply properties.
6) Shipping and handling costs, export duties, installation, removal, or re-installation cost; (S&H push/pull).
7) Display models are generally sold “as is.” If you have purchased a display model, please be advised that it is sold "as is" and that it is subject to the following warranty exclusions: any exterior or cosmetic damage is nonwarrantable; any missing components will be replaced at consumers expense; major handling damage to manifold, valve and ignition system will be serviced at consumer’s expense; all other warranty’s (standard warranty) will remain in effect.
8) The cost of a service call to diagnose trouble.

Modeno

Ocean Rock USA LLC doing business as Modeno warrants fire features and accessories to be free from defects in parts and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. In the event of such defects Ocean Rock will, at its option, repair or replace the defective product. The foregoing is at the discretion of Ocean Rock.

There will be no charge for the replacement parts or product, however it will be the consumer’s responsibility to return the product to the original place of purchase.

Ocean Rock will not be responsible for consequential damages in excess of the purchase price of the product on which such liability is based and the warranty does not cover costs including freight, removal and reinstallation.

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only for units that are for non-commercial personal use only.

Under this warranty agreement, all gas lines must be installed by a licensed gas fitter. Damage caused by shipping, staining and abuse are not covered under this warranty. Dings, dents and scratches, fading and natural weathering are not covered under this warranty. Decorative rock is not covered under this warranty. Improper installations, repair or modifications made by anyone other than Ocean Rock will void this warranty and any damage caused by such is also not covered under this warranty.

Minor chipping, weather fading, water staining and non-structural hairline cracks are typical of the material of this product and are not covered under this warranty. Some color and texture variation is typical of the material and finish for this product and is not covered under this warranty.

Cast concrete is a hand finished process. As such, this product’s finish will vary by unit. There will be a color variance of up to 15% in each unit. There may also be uneven texture or pattern as well as small holes in the surface caused by air or water trapped on the surface during casting. This is a normal trait of cast concrete and is not covered under warranty.

Oriental Weavers Rugs

Oriental Weavers provides a one-year limited repair or replacement warranty. Oriental Weavers warrants (to the original purchaser) that our area rugs will be free from any material or manufacturing fault or defect which would prevent our area rugs from giving satisfactory service for a period of one-year from the date of delivery to the original seller. This limited warranty does not include the area rug's serging or fringe and specifically excludes any damage to the area rug caused by normal or extraordinary wear and tear, commercial use, improper maintenance or any damage caused by factors not inherent in the area rug at the time of purchase. Material and manufacturing defects will be determined by an Authorized Oriental Weavers Inspector.

Outdura Fabrics

Limited Warranty for Outdura Fabrics
Outdura warrants its 8-ounce fabric for five years from the date of the original purchase and warrants its 9 ounce Outdura fabric for six years from date of original purchase. The Outdura warranty covers the fabric becoming unserviceable as a result of loss of color or strength from normal exposure conditions, including sunlight, mildew, rot and atmospheric chemicals, if the fabric has been properly installed, used and maintained. The warranty does not cover labor and installation supplied by the dealer. The warranty also does not apply against deterioration of any kind due to abusive misuse, accidental burns, negligence, vandalism, perforations, or acts of God.

If you are a consumer in need of making a claim or in need of service, you should call the dealer from whom the product was purchased so the installation can be inspected. The dealer will contact Outdura to secure replacement fabric. The warranty is valid only if accompanied by a copy of the bill of sale for the item purchased plus a sample of the fabric with the original Outdura care tag affixed.

Outdura's warranty responsibility is limited to replacement of fabric, free of charge. The Outdura warranty gives customers specific legal rights and customers may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.

Patio Comfort Heaters

Patio Comfort heaters are warranted against any defects in parts for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase with original purchase receipt. We will warranty against structural defects all external stainless steel components (posts, bases, & decorative covers) for 5 Years from date of purchase.

This ONE-YEAR Consumer warranty is only applicable for consumer or residential applications. We offer a 120-day warranty protection for heaters that are used in a commercial or rental application. Commercial warranty does NOT cover emitters, ignition, or burners) or component failure caused by abuse, transportation, or misuse.

Perennials

Perennials 100% solution-dyed acrylic fabrics and trimming are backed by a no-fade guarantee valid for three years from the date of purchase (with the exception of prints, which hold a one year warranty, and Cabana, which holds a five year warranty). The warranty does not cover color loss of natural fibers (i.e. hemp) or degradation from normal wear, stains from environmental pollution, negligence or weather soiling. Although Perennials fabrics are soil resistant, they are not stain proof. This warranty is limited to the replacement of the fabric and does not apply to labor costs or materials replacement. Additional processing applied by a third party voids our warranty.

Perlick Appliances

Perlick Corporation ("Perlick") warrants to the original retail purchaser that during the Basic Warranty Period, Perlick's products will be free from free from defects in material and workmanship, and during the Extended Warranty Period, the hermetically sealed refrigeration system contained in Perlick's undercounter refrigerator will be free from defects in material and workmanship. This system consists entirely of the compressor, condenser, drier, connecting tubing, evaporator and hot gas bypass valve.

The Basic Warranty Period is as follows:
For a new product or floor display model, other than the H50IM Clear Ice Maker: The three (3) year period commencing on the date of purchase by the original retail purchaser, except that the Basic Warranty Period will be the two (2) year period commencing on the date of purchase by the original retail purchaser if the purchase of the product is not registered with Perlick within ninety (90) days of purchase in the manner described below.

For the H50IM Clear Ice Maker or a factory second (B-Stock) product: The one (1) year period commencing on the date of purchase by the original retail purchaser. The Extended Warranty Period applies only to the hermetically sealed refrigeration system contained in Perlick's undercounter refrigerators. The Extended Warranty Period is the portion of the six (6) year period commencing on the date of purchase by the original retail purchaser that is not covered by the Basic Warranty Period.

Pilgrim Fire Pit Tools

Limited Lifetime Warranty on Pilgrim
Every Pilgrim brand product is warranted to the original consumer purchaser against defective materials or workmanship for the life of the product. A copy of the original sales receipt is required. This warranty is void if product was damaged by accident, unreasonable use, or neglect not arising from defects in materials or workmanship.

Limited 10-Year Warranty on Napa Forge
Pilgrim guarantees the materials and workmanship of its Napa Forge products for 10 years. Pilgrim will, at its discretion, repair or replace, free of charge, any Napa Forge item which proves to be defective due to normal use. The warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. Some states do not allow limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

Warranty Disclaimer
Any implied warranties arising out of this sale, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Pilgrim shall not be liable for loss of use of the product or other incidental or consequential costs, expenses, or damage incurred by the consumer or any other user. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitations of implied warranties or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusion may not apply.

Poly-Wood

20-Year Limited Warranty
Poly-Wood, Inc., warranties to the original purchaser that, for a period of twenty (20) years of residential use and one (1) year for commercial use from the date of original purchase, under normal use and service conditions, POLYWOOD brand high-density polyethylene (HDPE) products shall be free from material defects, and shall not splinter, crack, chip, peel, rot, or suffer structural damage from insect infestation. Further, Poly-Wood warranties that for a period of 30-days from date of purchase all POLYWOOD products shall be free from defects related to workmanship.

Aluminum Frames
Welds and Joints are warranted to not break or crack for 5 years of residential use, 1 year of commercial use. Powder Coat Finish is warranted to not peel for 5 years of residential use, 1 year of commercial use.

Hardware
Hardware used in production or assembly of POLYWOOD products are warranted to not break for 5 years of residential use, 1 year of commercial use.

Woven Inserts
Woven inserts are warranted to not crack or rot for 5 years of residential use, 1 year of commercial use.

Sling
Sling fabric is warranted from becoming non-functional because of loss of dimensional stability from exposure conditions including sunlight, mildew, rot and abnormal atmospheric conditions for 3 years of residential use, 1 year of commercial use. Abnormal or excessive discoloration and fading is covered. It does not cover discoloration from atmospheric pollution or other debris.

Cushions
Cushions are warranted to be free from workmanship or material defects for 30-days from purchase. This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear effects on the cushions, which are received by regular use of the cushions. Neither does it cover damage due to unauthorized repairs or alterations, negligence, misuse or abuse, improper assembly and acts of God.

Pottery Pots

Pottery Pots accepts any liability for damages on the part of the buyer, or the buyers of the buyer, to and because of the goods, which come about during the warranty period of two years as specified in the order confirmation, unless the damages are the result of the buyer, or a buyer of the buyer, using the goods in violation of the directions for use as provided, or a result of an error on the part of the buyer during the use or transport. Liability can only come about if the goods cause damages in an empty state that is free of any form of use. The liability of Pottery Pots is limited to the repair of a defective good, free of charge, or to the (partial) replacement of the good concerned, such at the discretion of Pottery Pots.

POVL Outdoor

POVL Outdoor products warrant to the original purchaser, with proper installation, assembly (when appropriate), care, use and maintenance, a limited warranty against manufacturer's defects and workmanship. Teak, Aluminum, Stainless Steel and Wicker frames have a 2-year warranty for residential use and a 1-year warranty for commercial use from the date of purchase. Cushions, Fabrics and Slings have 1-year warranty for both residential and commercial use from the date of purchase.

The warranty only applies to standards and conditions of normal use and does not apply to negligence, misuse, intentional damage, personal alteration or unreasonable use. Warranty does not cover shipping costs.

Primo Grills

Creative Ceramic Technologies, Inc. (CCT) warrants to the original purchaser of this Primo Grill and Smoker that it is free of defects in material and workmanship at the date of purchase for the following periods:

- Twenty (20) years for all ceramic parts
- Five (5) years for all metal parts (excluding cast iron parts)
- One (1) year for all cast iron parts
- Thirty (30) days on thermometers and felt gaskets

This warranty shall be limited to the repair or replacement of any part (s) which, under normal use, Primo determines, after reasonable examination, to be defective.

You should NEVER lift the grill from the hinge mechanism attached to the black bands. Lifting the cooker from the bands and hinge mechanism can result in personal injury and will void the warranty if damage occurs. If dropped, the ceramic will break.

R&R Living

All stone on the fire pit is warrantied for 25 years. Fire Pit Frame is warrantied for 10 years. All other components for a match light system carry a warranty of 2 years. Electronic Ignition systems are warrantied for 1 year.

Saber Grills

Limited Lifetime Warranty
Saber warrants the fabricated stainless steel components (lids, lid inserts, exterior fire box and cart panels), to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal residential use for the lifetime of the product. Saber's Limited Lifetime Warranty covers the structural integrity of the lids, lid inserts, exterior firebox and cart panels.

Should structural deterioration occur to the degree of non performance, the part(s) will be replaced, free of change to the consumer for installation. Costs associated with the installation of replacement warranty parts is not covered by this limited lifetime warranty and is the sole responsibility of the owner. This warranty excludes discoloration, surface scratches, weather and atmospheric related staining, and minor surface rust and oxidation which are normal conditions and to be expected with any outdoor product.

Ten Year Limited Warranty:
Saber warrants the stainless steel burner tubes and carryover tubes to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for a period of ten (10) years from the original date of purchase. The part will be replaced, free of charge.

Five Year Limited Warranty:
Saber warrants the stainless steel cooking grates, emitters, warming racks, and porcelain enameled warming racks, grates, and burner boxes to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for a period of five (5) years from the original date of purchase. The part will be replaced free of charge.

Two Year Limited Warranty:
Saber warrants all painted parts and any other parts not specifically mentioned above, to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for a period of two (2) years from the original date of purchase. Saber will replace the part which fails or is found to be defective during the warranty period, at no cost to the original purchaser.

Owner shall be responsible for proper installation, providing normal care and maintenance, and providing proof of purchase upon request. Saber reserves the right, PRIOR to shipping warranty replacement parts, to require the part in question be returned for inspection and analysis. If there is damage under the warranty, Shademaker will replace and/or repair any item listed in this category at its discretion. Labor charges are not covered under this limited warranty.

1 Year Limited Warranty covers the powder coat finish on all bases. If the powder coat finish flakes, bubbles, peels or loses color; Shademaker will re-finish or replace the defective bases at its discretion. Normal wear and tear is not covered under this limited warranty.

Exclusions: Wind damage, acts of nature (such as, but not limited to, freezing or any type of extreme weather.) Failures caused by abusive use and normal wear and tear are not covered under this warranty.

Those filing warranty claims will be responsible for all shipping, handling and freight charges on all claims to Shademaker in Baldwin Park, CA. All warranty claims must be submitted with the original proof of purchase, date of purchase, name of dealer and the description of the damage. An authorized Shademaker RA# must be listed on all products being returned. The Shademaker warranty is not transferable. Shademaker reserves the right to repair, replace and/or redesign any product that is returned under a warranty claim.

This warranty applies to the original purchaser of Sunbrella fabric and protects against Sunbrella fabric becoming unserviceable due to color or strength loss from normal usage and exposure conditions, including sunlight, mildew and atmospheric chemicals. This warranty covers Sunbrella fabric only. This warranty does not cover normal care and cleaning; damage from misuse or abuse; improper installation; or costs associated with replacement of the fabric, including labor and installation. Glen Raven’s liability is expressly limited to this warranty. Glen Raven reserves the right to inspect the fabric submitted for claim. Glen Raven will supply new equivalent fabric to replace the fabric that becomes unserviceable.

SmokeBloq

Limited Warranty

Smokebloq warrants to consumers who purchase this product for personal, family or household purposes new from Smokebloq directly or from an authorized Smokebloq dealer or distributer, that the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty only applies if the product is used at a residence in the 50 United States or District of Columbia, and only applies to the original bona fide purchaser. It is not transferable. This warranty is not extended to resellers.

If a defect exists, Smokebloq will have you ship the defective part or product to us and we will, at our option, either repair or replace it. This warranty does not cover the cost of labor to remove a defective part or product or to reinstall any repaired or replacement part or product.

This warranty does not cover defects or damages caused by improper handling, maintenance, storage, installation, removal or re-installation, misuse, non-factory authorized modification or alteration, use of incompatible accessories, electrical power problems or surges, impact by foreign objects, accident, fire, acts of God, normal wear and tear or shipping damage other than a shipment from Smokebloq.

Keep your original sales receipt as it will be required to obtain warranty service.

This warranty shall not be extended or restarted upon receipt of any repaired or replacement part or product under this warranty. No person is authorized to extend or otherwise modify this warranty.

Include your name, address, telephone number, the model number of your product, a copy of your original sales receipt, and a description of the problem. Unless we need to discuss the situation further with you, you will be emailed a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions. If we need to discuss the situation further with you, we will call or email you. Anything shipped to us without a Return Authorization Number will be automatically returned unopened. You are responsible for the charges for shipment to us, unless you are a California resident.

Limitations

THE DURATION OF ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, SHALL NOT EXCEED THE WARRANTY PERIOD PROVIDED HEREIN.

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

Smokebloq SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE BREACH OF ANY WRITTEN OR IMPLIED WARRANTY.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other legal rights which vary from State to State.

Solair Awning Shade Solutions

TRIVANTAGE LIMITED WARRANTY - SOLAIR PS1000/PS2000 Trivantage, LLC ("TV") warrants this Solair product against defects in materials and workmanship under normal and proper use within the specified period of coverage below ("Warranty Period"). If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, at its option and to the extent permitted by law, TV will either: (1) repair the frame, fabric or motor defect at no charge (2) replace the product with a product that is new, or (3) refund the purchase price of the product.

A replacement product or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original product or ninety (90) days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever provides longer coverage for you. When a product or part is exchanged, any replacement item becomes your property and the replaced item becomes TV's property. Parts provided by TV in fulfillment of its warranty obligation must be used in products for which warranty service is claimed. When a refund is given, the product for which the refund is provided must be returned to TV and becomes TV's property.

COMPONENT WARRANTY PERIODS Frame - Five (5) year limited warranty from date of original purchase: Frame includes all stainless steel, extruded and die cast parts used in the construction of the awning; not to include the fabric, motor and added electronic accessories.

Fabric - Ten (10) year warranty from date of original purchase: Fabric includes all Sunbrella fabric used in the cover and valance of the awning.

Motor and Electronic Accessories - Five (5) year limited warranty from date of product manufacture: Motor and electronic accessories include awning motor and remote.

EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS
TV assumes no liability for damage to the awning system and/or component parts caused by faulty installation, reinstallation, service, or failure to adhere to pitch requirements, as set forth in the OEM and/or TV installation manual. TV is not responsible for damage to any structure to which the awning is installed or attached, or to property or items located above, below or near the awning. This limited warranty does not cover damage from acts of God, ice, snow, hail, high winds, vandalism, neglect or improper use. This limited warranty does not cover frame degradation due to salt (corrosion, oxidation, rust and chipping or peeling of paint).

Sovaro

The Sovaro Coolers have a five year limited warranty against failure resulting from defects in manufacturing or materials. The warranty period starts on the delivery date. Incidental and consequential damages are not covered. Sovaro will repair or replace only the parts that failed under the terms of the warranty. In some cases, the replacement parts may not be identical, but they shall be of equal or greater performance than the original part. Proof of purchase is required. The manufacturer's warranty covers only defects that affect the form, fit or function of the unit. The warranty excludes natural aging of the unit, discoloration, ordinary wear and tear, ordinary weathering, sunlight fading, or rust. It excludes staining caused by mold, mildew or tree sap and damage caused by animals including insects, vermin or household pets. The warranty does not cover damage caused by Acts of Nature including but not limited to: excessive wind; tornado; hurricane; micro burst; hail; flood; blizzard; extreme heat; pollution or fire events. The warranty is nontransferable. For retail customers only - voided by commercial or industrial use. The manufacturer's liability here under is limited solely to the repair or replacement of the defective product or part and the manufacturer shall in no event be liable for any incidental or consequential damages which may result from any defect in material or workmanship or from the beach of any express or implied warranty.

The following actions void the warranty: use above intended and reasonable capacity; misuse; abuse; failure to perform ordinary maintenance; modification; cleaning with abrasive tools, exposing the unit to heat sources and vandalism. Painting, sandblasting, cleaning with harsh chemicals not recommended for plastics voids the warranty on resin components. Modification of the original product voids all warranties. Sovaro assumes no liability for any modified product or consequences resulting from failure of a modified product. Disassembly of this unit for reasons other than authorized repair voids the warranty.

Summit Classic Collection

SUMMIT Appliances are manufactured to provide outstanding value, and your satisfaction is our goal on every product. All SUMMIT major appliances carry a one year limited guaranty on both parts and labor. All refrigerators and freezers carry an additional four years on the compressor. Certain exclusions may apply.

Limited Warranty Statement
SunBriteTV, LLC (SBTV) warrants that this product conforms to the manufacturer's specifications and will be free of defect in material and workmanship and should any defect occur, SBTV will correct the defect subject to the following conditions:

Parts and Labor:
Residential Installations: SBTV will provide parts and labor to replace defective parts without charge for a period of two (2) years from the date of sale by an authorized SBTV reseller to the original consumer either on-site or in our factory in Thousand Oaks, California.

Commercial Installations: SBTV will provide parts and labor to replace defective parts without charge for a period of two (2) years from the date of sale by an authorized SBTV reseller to the end user either on-site or in our factory in Thousand Oaks, California.

Re-certified Product: SBTV will provide parts and labor to replace defective parts without charge for a period of one (1) year from the date of sale by an authorized SBTV reseller to the original consumer either on-site or in our factory in Thousand Oaks, California.

Accessories: Remote Controls and the Wireless HDMI Extender are covered for one (1) year; wall mounts have a lifetime warranty (accessories not mentioned here are not covered under warranty).

This warranty covers failures due to defects in material or workmanship that occur during normal use. Pursuant to this Limited Warranty Statement, SBTV will, at its option, repair the product using new or re-certified parts or replace the product with a new or re-certified product. For purposes of this Limited Warranty Statement, "re-certified" means a product or part that has been returned to its original specifications.

Proof of Purchase: Copy of the dated sales invoice from an authorized dealer is required together with the product serial number to obtain service under this warranty.

This warranty does not cover:
- Shipping costs, shipping damage or damage caused during unpacking and/or removal of protective packing material.
- Service required as a result of improper, incorrect or insufficient AC supply voltage.
- Any unit which is modified, tampered with, adjusted, repaired or damaged due to improper installation, power line surge, improper voltage supply, inadequate signal pickup, incorporation into other products or repaired by a party other than SBTV or its authorized representatives.
- Any failure, loss, damage or personal injury due to accident, neglect, misuse or abuse by the consumer or to improper operation, maintenance or storage or to alteration or to failure to follow normal operating procedures as outlined in the instruction manual.
- Damage which results from fire, flood, lightning or other acts of God.
- Any unit purchased from an unauthorized seller and any owner other than the original end-user.
- If the original factory serial number has been removed, defaced, replaced or tampered with in any way.
- Indirect, consequential, or special damages, except as required by federal or state laws.
- Any cosmetic damage to the surface or exterior that has been defaced, or caused by normal wear and tear or exposure to foreign chemicals.

SBTV AND ITS REPRESENTATIVES OR AGENTS SHALL IN NO EVENT BE LIABLE FOR ANY GENERAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR OCCASIONED BY THE USE OF OR THE INABILITY TO USE THIS PRODUCT. THIS WARRANTY IS MADE IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTIBILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED BY SBTV AND ITS REPRESENTATIVES. THE LAWS OF SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES; THEREFORE, THIS WARRANTY SHALL BE DEEMED MODIFIED TO BE CONSISTENT WITH SUCH LAWS. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS. YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS THAT MAY VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.

ALL WARRANTY INSPECTIONS AND REPAIRS MUST BE PERFORMED BY AUTHORIZED SBTV SERVICE TECHNICIANS.

Warranty Procedures
Please call 1-800-331-4626 for a diagnostic. Please have your receipt and serial number available. At that time, SBTV will decide if the product will be serviced onsite, replaced or returned to our facility in Thousand Oaks, CA for repair. If return is required, we will issue a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.

Onsite Service will be provided by an authorized SBTV repair technician between the hours of 8am - 5pm (local time), Monday through Friday. Charges may be incurred for repairs done after these hours, on weekends or holidays. SBTV or its representatives will contact you to schedule the date and time of the service. Parts may be sent to the location.

Replacements will be provided for applicable product within the first thirty (30) days of purchase. Credit card information will be collected before shipment of the replacement product. If SBTV does not receive the original product back within thirty (30) days of shipping the replacement product, the credit card on file will be charged at full MSRP. Freight charges may apply for product outside of the first thirty (30) days.

Repairs in-factory (Thousand Oaks, CA) must include a copy of your original sales receipt with return product and the RMA number written on the box. SBTV will not accept any returned products without an RMA number. The purchaser must return the product to SBTV in its original or equivalent packaging and send it freight prepaid. Please insure the shipment, or accept the risk if the product is lost or damaged in shipment. Sunglo Heaters

Limited Warranty
Heaters carry a 90-day commercial or one-year residential factory warranty. All heaters are stamped with the date of manufacture. Warranty is limited to repair of heaters at the factory or replacement parts. Any work or repair of this heater must be performed by qualified service personnel.

Sunset West

Powder Coated finishes and frames are warrantied for 3 years.
Resin Wicker warrantied for 3 years against noticeable fading and cracking.
Cushions are warranted for 1 year against manufacture and material defects.

If a product is received or becomes defective, a Return Authorization form needs to be completed. An RA form is available upon request from the manufacturer. Products that are defective will be repaired or replaced at our discretion during the warranty period at no charge.

This is a limited warranty. This Warranty does not cover abusive or unreasonable, nor is normal wear and tear including fading and discoloration caused by chemical contact. The manufacturer does not warranty any of our products against acts of God, including, but not limited to fire, ice, wind damage and earthquakes. Also, living near the ocean can cause premature weathering of the aluminum finish and is not warranted.

For optimal performance while living in the salt air, we suggest that the frames are covered while not in use and rinsed off monthly with fresh water.

Telescope Casual

LIMITED WARRANTY
Frames and Powder Coat: If your Telescope powder coat aluminum frame or marine grade polymer frame fails structurally during normal usage within the applicable warranty period (as defined below), we will repair, refinish or replace the frame without charge, parts and labor included. (In the case of discontinued models or finishes, we will replace the item with the closest comparable current model.) Products covered by our frame warranty are identified in our catalog as either 15/5, 15/3, 15/1 or no identification at all. 15/5 indicates a frame warranty period of 15 years in residential use/5 years in contract use. 15/3 indicates a frame warranty period of 15 years in residential use/3 years in contract use. 15/1 indicates a frame warranty period of 15 years in residential use/1 year in contract use. No indication indicates a frame warranty period of 1 year in residential use and that there is no frame warranty in contract use. All warranty periods commence on the date of purchase. Contract use includes any rental, business, commercial, institutional, or other non-residential use.

The powder coat finish on our powder coat aluminum frame furniture is warranted against peeling, cracking or blistering for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase. Failure of the powder coat finish due to abrasion, including abrasion caused by stacking the furniture against other furniture or scraping against other surfaces, is not covered by this warranty. Exposure to salt water or salt air may cause powder coat finishes that have been damaged by abrasion to blister due to oxidization of the metal; such blistering and oxidization are not covered by this warranty.

The following products are not covered by our frame and powder coat warranties: table tops, umbrellas, umbrella bases, wood furniture, cushions, slings, straps, wicker fibers, and folding aluminum furniture.

Wood Furniture, Cushions, Slings, and Folding Aluminum Furniture: Wood furniture, cushions, slings, and folding aluminum furniture are warranted to be free of manufacturing defects for 1 year from the date of purchase in residential use only. They are not warranted for contract use.

Freeze or ice damage is not covered by our warranties. Furniture stored outside or in other cold storage should be drained of any water. If allowed to freeze inside the furniture, water can damage the tubing.

These warranties do not cover the failure of furniture caused by acts of God, accident, neglect, improper shipping or handling, or by unreasonable or abusive use, and these warranties are void if our care and maintenance instructions were not properly followed. Furniture used in a contract (commercial) setting is not warranted unless it is specifically designated for contract or commercial use in our catalog.

How to Obtain Warranty Service: To obtain service, contact our Customer Service Department in writing at Telescope Casual Furniture, Inc., 82 Church Street, Granville, NY 12832 or email to warranty@TelescopeCasual.com, stating the problem, providing pictures and providing proof of purchase. A Return Merchandise Authorization Request Form will be sent to you requesting details and giving instructions for returning items if necessary. If the Request is approved then you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Number. No returns will be accepted without prior written authorization from our Customer Service Department. After authorization is received your furniture must be returned to us in proper packaging, freight prepaid. Telescope will cover the cost of shipping repaired or replacement items only to addresses within the contiguous 48 United States.

The Hammock Source

Hatteras Hammocks products
All Hatteras Hammocks products are guaranteed to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for up to one year from the date of purchase. Normal wear and tear, including prolonged exposure to rain, snow and heavy humidity, is not covered by our warranty, nor is rot, mold, mildew or damage from improper storage, maintenance or installation.

Sunbrella Outdoor Curtains
Guaranteed to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for up to three years from the date of purchase. Normal wear and tear, including prolonged exposure to rain, snow and heavy humidity, is not covered by our warranty, nor is rot, mold, mildew or damage from improper storage, maintenance or installation.

Tommy Bahama Rugs

Oriental Weavers provides a one-year limited repair or replacement warranty. Oriental Weavers warrants (to the original purchaser) that our area rugs will be free from any material or manufacturing fault or defect which would prevent our area rugs from giving satisfactory service for a period of one-year from the date of delivery to the original seller. This limited warranty does not include the area rug's serging or fringe and specifically excludes any damage to the area rug caused by normal or extraordinary wear and tear, commercial use, improper maintenance or any damage caused by factors not inherent in the area rug at the time of purchase. Material and manufacturing defects will be determined by an Authorized Oriental Weavers Inspector.

Trans-Ocean

Trans-Ocean warrants our rugs against manufacturing defects and excessive fading (outdoor rugs only) for a one (1) year period from date of original purchase. If rug is found to be defective, Trans-ocean will repair or replace, at our option, the rug without charge. Warranty claims must be made timely and within the one year period and are based on normal wear and tear. This limited warranty does not include the area rug's serging or fringe and specifically excludes any damage to the area rug caused by normal or extraordinary wear and tear, commercial use, improper maintenance or any damage caused by factors not inherent in the area rug at the time of purchase. Material and manufacturing defects will be determined by an Authorized Inspector.

Trans-Ocean warrants our pillows against manufacturing defects and excessive fading for a one (1) year period from date of original purchase.

This 1 Year warranty excludes damage caused by normal wear and tear, such as discoloration. Also excluded is damage to the unit caused by abuse, improper installation, modification of the unit, drilling of the orifices, or the use of fuel other than that for which the unit is configured. Units are shipped for either natural gas or propane. Confirm fuel configuration with your installer.

Treasure Garden

Treasure Garden products being used in residential use and applications only are guaranteed to be free from defects in original material and workmanship. Treasure Garden items are designed for residential use and are not warranted for commercial applications (unless specified for Commercial use).

What Is NOT Covered:
Failure caused by unreasonable or abusive use, or failure caused by neglect of reasonable and necessary care are not covered by this warranty. Additionally, acts of nature (including but not limited to wind, hurricanes, tornadoes, and storms) are not covered by this warranty. This warranty covers return freight of any warranted product only for the first year. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights which vary from state to state.

Wind Damage:
Treasure Garden highly recommends that no umbrella, regardless of size or weight, ever be left unattended in the open position. In windy conditions, it is further recommended that umbrellas be closed, removed from their base, and stored, or laid horizontally. This will reduce the risk of damage to your umbrella, furniture, and other belongings or property. To ensure stability of your umbrella, please observe proper placement, and use sufficient weight (base). The Treasure Garden catalog contains minimum recommendations for necessary weight; but this can vary, depending on the conditions in your particular area.

Rust:
Rust is a natural part of the aging process of all Steel or Iron based materials and is therefore NOT considered a defect. Treasure Garden Cast Iron & Steel plate bases are designed to require minimum maintenance. Bases should be kept clean. Do not let dirt build up on the bases. Cleaning with mild soap and water, and seasonal touch-up of any scratches, chips or occasional rust see page from crevices or hidden, un-finishable surfaces inherent in some designs is all that is required. Touch Up paint in matching frame colors are available. Never leave bases standing in water. To keep your bases looking their best, you may wish to store them when not in use for an extended period of time.

WARRANTY TERMS & CONDITIONS

Forces of Nature

Although all TUUCI marine-grade shade equipment is rigorously tested to withstand incredible forces of nature, TUUCI does not recommend or warranty the deployment or use of any collapsible shade equipment in wind conditions which exceed 25 MPH (45 MPH for the MAX F-1; TUUCI Equinox depending on configuration may exceed 100 mph).

TUUCI will only warranty products which are properly secured to an adequate base or anchoring system. Furthermore, TUUCI will not cover any damage to a shade or base device which occurs as a result of contact with the ground or any other foreign object including damage which occurs as a result of sudden and severe weather events or other extreme acts of nature. In general, TUUCI recommends that all collapsible shade products be securely closed when not in use.

TUUCI can recommend specific base weight and anchoring systems for specific parasol styles, shapes and sizes, however, TUUCI will only warrant the safe, sensible and reasonable operation of our shade structures within the recommended deployment guidelines. Please contact TUUCI directly if requesting shade devices and anchoring systems which can be warranted in sustained wind conditions which exceed 25 MPH.

Fabrics and Finishes

TUUCI passes to its customers the identical fabric warranties granted by the various manufacturers, which protect against the fabric losing its color or strength from extreme exposure conditions, including UV degradation and mildew. Users must properly maintain (including clean regularly) fabrics for the warranty to be effective. These warranties do not cover damage from contact with foreign objects, misuse or abuse (rips, burns, tears and holes).
With intensive usage of the products in a hostile environment (seaside and indoor pool use), we advise that you regularly rinse the fabric of the umbrella using fresh water in order to prevent the build-up of salt and chloride residues.

If any fabric (SUNBRELLA® or other TUUCI Tuff Skin) fabric is rendered unserviceable by loss of color or strength caused by UV degradation, mildew, rot or atmospheric chemicals, TUUCI will replace or repair the fabric at its discretion. Labor charges will apply to the cutting and sewing of any fabric replaced under warranty.

If TUUCI applied powder coating or Aluma-TEAK™ finish to frames, structures or shade anchor flakes, bubbles, peels, or loses color within five (5) years from the date of purchase, TUUCI will replace or repair any paint finish damage at its own discretion. This warranty does not cover any type of scratches or abrasions to finish caused from metal to metal contact (ex. From table tops or storage) or any resulting corrosion that results from scratches or abrasions.

Seaside and indoor pool use, salt and chlorides can accumulate on the powder coat and Aluma-TEAK™ finishes, leading to finish failure outside warranty coverage. Failure to perform regular cleanings with fresh water may cause the finish to blister, oxidize and/or discolor, voiding this limited warranty.

Shade Anchors

Warranty only covers manufacturing defects of structural integrity. It does not cover breakage, chipping, crumbling concrete or finish abrasions due to contact with other objects, improper use or issues caused by “onsite” transit or other wear and tear.

Electrical Components

Optional LED lighting, heaters and automation electrical components are warranted for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship to the original purchaser of the product. This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from accident, misuse, tampering, negligence or abuse. TUUCI will, at its option, repair or replace these products found defective.

Process for Warranty Claims to Structure

If warrantable damage occurs to the hubs, mast or stainless-steel hardware, TUUCI will replace or repair any item listed in this category at its discretion. Superficial damage, including any type of scratches or abrasions caused from contact with the moving components of the frame itself or canopy during normal operation are not eligible for warranty coverage unless the damage compromises the structural integrity of the frame. For the warranty to apply, products must be properly cared for and maintained. Any product modification by customer or third party voids this warranty.

General Limitations

The limited warranties outlined above cover only manufacturer defects, not damage caused by the product striking the ground or other object. Normal wear and tear is not covered under this limited warranty. The redeemable value of all warranties provided herewith shall be prorated over the life of the specific limited warranty itself. In all cases, the warranty claimant shall be responsible for all shipping and/or freight charges incurred by claimant or TUUCI as a result of a warranty claim. Labor for installation of parts covered under TUUCI Warranty is not included.

All warranty claims must be submitted with an original proof of purchase dated from the dealer of origin, a description of damaged product, including how the damage occurred, along with photos of the damaged product. The foregoing warranties may not be assigned and are available only to the original purchaser of TUUCI products. TUUCI reserves at its sole discretion the right to repair, replace, or redesign any product that is returned as a result of a warranty claim.

U-Line Outdoor Appliances

U-Line's commitment to provide premium quality products and greater value for our customers is reflected in our extended warranty. Full One Year Warranty (Two Years on Modular 3000 Series): From the date of purchase, U-Line covers all parts and labor to repair or replace any product, sold and serviced within the United States and Canada, which proves to be defective in materials or workmanship. Full Five Year Warranty: From the date of purchase, U-Line covers all parts and labor to repair or replace any components that prove to be defective in the sealed system (consisting of the compressor, condenser, evaporator, bypass valve, dryer, and connecting tube) for all products sold and serviced within the United States and Canada. Vin de Flame

All warranties apply to the original owner only, and begin at the date of purchase. Proof of purchase is required with any claim.

Frame
Your Vin de Flame wine barrel base comes with a five (5) year structural warranty when properly maintained in ordinary home use. Vin de Flame will, at factory option, repair or replace any Vin de Flame furniture that has failed structurally during normal use and regular maintenance.

Finish
Vin de Flame offers a five (5) year warranty against blistering or peeling of the frame finish under normal use and proper maintenance. Vin de Flame, at factory option, refinish or replace your wine barrel fire pit furniture if the above occurs within a five year period from the date of purchase. Occasional rust seepage from crevices and hidden unfinished surfaces inherent in some barrel hooping designs is considered a care and maintenance function and is not considered a finish failure. To retain the warranty, regular care and maintenance is required. Extra care and maintenance is required in coastal areas.

Table Tops
Vin de Flame offers a two (2) year warranty on all tops from date of delivery. This limited warranty covers the workmanship and structural integrity of the top. The uniqueness of the natural materials rests in that no two pieces are ever alike. Minor crazing or a hairline marks may occur but will not affect the structural integrity of the top. To retain the warranty, store or cover your natural stone top when not in use. Vin de Flame will, at factory option, repair or replace any tabletop found to be defective during this warranty period. Regular maintenance must be exercised as set forth in the care instructions.

Component Parts
Outdoor Fire Pit Burners: Vin de Flame extends a two (2) year warranty on all burner components under normal use and proper maintenance. Vin de Flame will, at factory option, repair or replace any outdoor fire pit burner found to be defective during this warranty period. Regular maintenance must be exercised as set forth in the owner's manual.

Woodard

Crafted from durable wrought iron complete with a powder-coated finish, these pieces are designed to withstand the wear and tear of outdoor use. Frame and finish has 15 year commercial warranty covering all defects in workmanship and materials.

Woodline Shade Solutions

The warranty will be valid, from date of purchase as follows:

  • Product's structure: 24 (TWENTY FOUR) months;
  • Sunbrella fabric: 60 (SIXTY) months; and
  • Primo or Proof fabric: 36 (THIRTY SIX) months.

The warranty in respect of the Sunbrella and Primo or Proof fabrics are limited to the fading of the color of the fabric as a result of normal weather conditions and do not cover any other defects or damages.

The warranty is not applicable to:

  • Normal wear and tear;
  • Damage or loss caused by Acts of God or any other sources beyond Woodline's control;
  • Damage or loss caused by another device or product that is connected to the product;
  • Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, tampering or failure of the customer to follow the normal operating procedures as outlined in the user manual; and
  • General maintenance and servicing.

The warranty is void if the damages are as a result of abuse, negligence, vandalism, improper installation, accidents, and exposure to abnormal weather conditions, poor transit, major force, failure to maintain or other causes which cannot be defined as a defect by Woodline.

The warranty is void if repairs, alterations or modifications are done by a person not authorized by Woodline or if non-standard parts are used without the prior written approval by Woodline.

Zachary A. Design

Each piece of Zachary A. furniture is handcrafted in Chicago. Slight variations may occur in the materials, size, shape, and finish. Matching items is difficult. Exact matches should not be expected for any order and specifically reorders and replacements. Pieces are expected to be darker to lighter, more textured, less textured.

1 year limited warranty on manufacturer defects. No warranty, express or implied, applies to any condition resulting from misuse, abuse, delivery or transportation damage, nor any condition resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance, cleaning or care. Warranty is null and void if furniture has been moved from original point of delivery to consumer.

ZEE

ZEE warrants their products against manufacturing defects for a one (1) year period from the date of original purchase.
