Description
Cook meals in five minutes with the Alfa Legacy 5 Minuti Pizza Oven. This best-selling wood-burning oven is compact in size, and is perfect for balconies, terraces and gardens. The refractory oven floor and stainless-steel dome enable the oven to reach operating temperature within five minutes, while the ceramic fibre insulation retains heat a long time for low firewood consumption. Open the door safely with an ergonomic wooden to avoid being burned, and adjust the temperature and draft for versatile cooking. You can easily move the oven on a durable trolley with built-in wheels.
Product Protection
Take the following steps to keep your oven attractive and functional:
Remove organic products by cleaning the combustion chamber via pyrolysis by heating the oven to 1000 degrees Fahrenheit for 2-3 minutes.
Clean the cooking floor by removing ashes after the oven has cooled.
Clean the outside of the oven with a soft cloth and cleaning solution. Doing these things on a regular basis minimizes the amount of effort required.
SPECIAL NOTE FOR LOCATIONS NEAR POOLS AND COASTAL AREAS
Like all 304 stainless & powder coated products, these are built to withstand and resists many environments including coastal salt marine, but will need regular care and maintenance.
For seasonal storage use the product referred to above, ensure the oven is dry and then cover and secure the cover to minimize the amount of damp air getting to the surfaces.
