Taste wood fire cooking at home with Alfa Ciao Pizza Oven. Bake pizzas, bread, roasts and mixed grills, and with the delicious authentic taste only wood-fire cooking can offer. The Ciao is light and easy to handle with a refractory floor, stainless-steel dome, and powder-coated parts to withstand heavy heat. The dome enables it to reach high temperatures, and the door includes a window for you to inspect cooking as it comes along. An ergonomic wood handle allows you to adjust the draft inside the oven by checking the fire, while ceramic fiber insulation traps heat a long time for low firewood consumption.

Product Protection

Take the following steps to keep your oven attractive and functional:

Remove organic products by cleaning the combustion chamber via pyrolysis by heating the oven to 1000 degrees Fahrenheit for 2-3 minutes.

Clean the cooking floor by removing ashes after the oven has cooled.

Clean the outside of the oven with a soft cloth and cleaning solution. Doing these things on a regular basis minimizes the amount of effort required.


Like all 304 stainless & powder coated products, these are built to withstand and resists many environments including coastal salt marine, but will need regular care and maintenance.

For seasonal storage use the product referred to above, ensure the oven is dry and then cover and secure the cover to minimize the amount of damp air getting to the surfaces.
