The multi-purpose Hestan Deluxe 42" Grill is made from welded heavy-guage stainless steel. It features state-of-the-art Trellis burners for superior cooking power and even heat distribution over the ceramic briquet cooking surface. The rotisserie has an 18,000 BTU ceramic infrared top burner as well as an ultra-quiet, chain-driven motor. The spring-assist hood is engineered to stay open at the precise spot you select and is equipped with motion-sensor halogen lighting that illuminates the cooking surface. An LED control panel allows you to easily see controls and flips down to access fuel tank valves. The side burners deliver 30,000 BTUs of cooking power and have sealed burned bowls for easy clean up. This grill moves about easily with commercial grade casters and wheels.

The easiest way to clean the cooking grates is immediately after cooking is completed and after turning off the flame. Wear a grill mitt to protect your hand from the heat and steam. Dip a brass bristle grill brush in hot soapy water and scrub the hot grill rack. Dip the brush frequently in the bowl of water. The steam created as water contacts the hot grill, assists the cleaning process by softening any food particles. The food particles will fall through the grates and burn. If the grill is allowed to cool before cleaning, then cleaning will be more difficult.
