The Lynx Eave-Mounted 48" Outdoor Patio Heater offers a slim, attractive design in all stainless steel construction. The all-weather heater can be used with either liquid propane or natural gas. It includes a wireless, wall-mounted, on-off switch with temperature control settings.

This 35,000 BTU heater has a remote control that provides six levels of heat adjustment for a natural gas configuration and three levels for a liquid propane configuration. This patio heater is wind resistant and has a spark ignition with auto re-light. This heating unit is battery operated or it can be plugged into the included 110v AC adaptor.

Optional 12' Quick Disconnect with shutoff and Nipple is available for use with LP or NG. 3/4" ID hose ensures adequate gas supply. 12' hose includes 3/4" quick disconnect fitting at one end and 3/4" male pipe thread on the other and a manual shut-off valve.

Allow the heater and the emitter to cool down before handling. Installation and maintenance must be performed by a qualified technician. Turn off the power before beginning maintenance. Do not attempt to service or repair the unit while it is running. Should the heater be dropped or damaged or malfunction at any time, immediately turn off the main power source and do not use it until it has been examined by an authorized service facility.Notice: Do not touch the emitter with bare hands. Wearing soft cotton gloves is highly recommended. Finger prints will burn into the carbon emitter during use and cause premature heater failure. If the emitter is anidvertently touched, or if it needs to be cleaned, carrefully wipe it using rubbing alcohol or methylated spirits.

LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
The stainless steel grill body, ceramic grill burners, cooking grates, TridentTM burner and rotisserie infrared burner are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship when subjected to normal domestic use and maintenance for the lifetime of the original purchaser. This warranty excludes surface corrosion, scratches, and discoloration which may occur during normal use. This warranty is limited to the replacement of the defective parts, with the owner paying a processing fee and all other costs including labor. Failure to perform required maintenance will void this warranty.

LIMITED FIVE-YEAR WARRANTY
The following grill parts are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship, when subjected to normal domestic use and maintenance, for a period of five (5) years from the original date of purchase; warming racks, spit rods, briquette trays, manifolds and gas valves. This warranty is limited to the replacement of the defective parts, with the owner paying a processing fee and all other costs including labor.

LIMITED TWO-YEAR WARRANTY
All other grill components are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship, when subjected to normal domestic use and maintenance, for a period of two (2) years from the original date of purchase. This warranty is limited to the replacement of the defective parts, with the consumer paying all labor costs.

LIMITED ONE-YEAR WARRANTY
For a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase, Lynx will replace or repair parts found to be defective at no cost to the original purchaser. This includes the cost of shipping replacement parts and, where necessary, service labor at prevailing local rates by a Lynx authorized service person. Service will be provided during normal business hours and must be authorized in advance by Lynx.
