POVL Outdoor warrants their Teak, Aluminum, Stainless-Steel and Aluminum furniture for a period of 10 years for residential use and 3 years for commercial use to be free from defective materials and workmanship.  Wicker and Rope furniture is warranted for a period of 5 years for residential use and 3 years for commercial use. All cushion and sling construction have a warranty of 2 years against defects. Sunbrella fabric has a 5 year warranty against fading provided by Glen Raven Mills.  Cushions should be cleaned regularly to prevent the build-up of dirt and other organic matter which can become imbedded in the fabric and promote the growth of mold or mildew.

These warranties do not apply to the natural aging process and do not cover material specific expected issues like cracks (checking) that appear when Teak is exposed to the elements so long as they do not affect the structural integrity of the furniture. These warranties also do not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, alterations to the original product, or natural wear and tear.
