The Woodline Shade Solutions 11.5' Storm Pulley Octagonal parasol is designed for strength and is rated for strong winds. Engineered for from corrosion-resistant aluminum and stainless steel, its robust structure is designed to withstand the onslaught of nature’s fury. Through careful consideration Woodline has selected and developed the most resilient canopy fabrics to be able to handle whipping winds and scorching sun, while the built-in quattro pulley system of pure stainless steel assures smooth and effortless operation day after day. The pole, joint plates, pulleys, hubs and fittings including the canopy attachment eyelets are all forged from the highest grade stainless steel as is used in the construction of super yachts. The all-weather fabrics resist mold, mildew, and fading. Canopies feature Symphony solution dyed acrylic fabric. This 100% solution dyed colorfast fabric is UV, water, mildew and stain resistant. Made specially for Woodline by one of Europe’s leading textile manufacturers and includes a 7 year warranty. The canopy can be ordered in square or round styles and feature an eyelet attachment system.

Note: If paver frame is selected as an optional base, it does not include pavers. Pavers can be purchased separately near installation location. The frame houses either a single layer of 4 pavers (single layer ≥ 90kg/198lbs) or a double layer stack of 8 pavers (double layer ≥ 157kg/346lbs) with the aid of an extension kit).

The warranty is valid from date of first purchase from Woodline Shade Solutions. Every Woodline Shade Solution product is meticulously engineered to maximize not just their form and functions, but also to make sure that they outlast even the harshest conditions. Each item is crafted from the finest weather-resistant materials, specifically selected for their ability to endure. The manufacturer warrants this product to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal residential and commercial use and conditions. The limited warranty protection detailed below covers manufacturing defects only.

The warranty covers the fabric becoming unserviceable because of loss of color or strength from normal exposure conditions, including sunlight, mildew, rot, and atmospheric chemicals.

Returns & Exchanges

With proof of purchase, you may return or exchange an eligible item within 30 days of delivery. All returns must be in original condition and packaging. We cannot accept returns for items that have been opened, assembled, altered, used or made to order. AuthenTEAK does not offer free returns and the customer is responsible for all costs associated with returning merchandise. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. If you choose to exchange an eligible item, a portion of the restocking fee may be waived.

If the order was shipped and/or delivered at no charge—including any free White-Glove promotions—the cost of that shipping and/or delivery service will be deducted from any eligible refunds.

All refunds must include a Return Authorization (RA) number. To obtain an RA number and process your refund, please complete the form below. Refunds are processed within one week of receipt and inspection of merchandise.
