The Cane-line Choice Steel Sled Base Dining Armchair is an elegant and ultra-customizable chair allowing you to configurate it in multiple ways to match your décor needs. The shell is made of up to 98% recycled polypropylene. Grooves in the back offer a dynamic flexible backrest and the open construction of the shell provides ventilation resulting in great comfort in any environment. The optional back cushion slides on like a cover and can be changed without use of tools, making it easy to clean. Suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.

Steel Care

While steel is a very durable material, rust film can still build up on the surface. Rust film is tiny metal particles that attach to the surface and look like little red spots. To avoid rust film, it is important to seal the surface with a thin layer of acid-free oil. This should be done before the furniture is used for the first time and then repeated a couple of times a year. In coastal areas, furniture is particularly susceptible to rust film and will therefore require treatment more often to retain its original look. Apply the acid-free oil with a lint-free cloth. Take care not to use too much oil. The best effect is achieved with a very thin layer. Using too much oil can result in the surface feeling greasy. Rust film caused by inadequate maintenance can be removed with the help of an ordinary household stainless steel polish. We recommend cleaning the furniture regularly with a microfiber cloth and soapy water.

Storing

We recommend covering your furniture with a furniture cover in autumn and winter for protection. However, please note, that condensation can form under the furniture cover, which can cause mold and mildew. Therefore, make sure to lift the cover away from the furniture to ensure proper air circulation and minimize condensation. If possible, it is best to store your furniture indoors during winter months to protect it from the elements.

RESIDENTIAL

Cane-line offers a 2 year warranty on all frames and 2 years on all fibers, tabletops (excluding glass), against any manufacturing defect, which affects their suitability for use. Parasols, glass tops and accessories including but limited to, cushions, covers are warranted with 1 year. All warranties are from the date of purchase. The warranty applies to normal conditions of use, maintenance and storage and does not apply to faults or imperfections caused by misuse, alterations, accidents, negligence, the passing of time or normal wear and tear. Circumstances not covered by this warranty, but not limited to are, scratches or marks resulting from use, shade of colors, small cracks in fiber concrete tops etc.. The warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of those products or parts of products, which Cane-line accepts to be defectively manufactured during the warranty period, at no cost to the customer. Should a product have been discontinued, Cane-line will replace with a similar and comparable product. Original invoice and receipt of purchase with clearly displayed purchase date accompanied with proper photo documentation, is required in order to treat any claim for warranty. Any claim must be submitted through the original reseller.

Cane-line parasols and Pavilions are therefore not warranted against unusual forces of nature like, but not limited, to sudden winds, cloudburst nor to improper handling or use. Cane-line does not recommend using parasols or pavilions in windy weather conditions.
