SABER grills use a patented cooking system to deliver powerful infrared heat while only using 30% less fuel every time you grill. This advanced proprietary system directs airflow away from the cooking surface, locking in the food's natural moisture and producing juicier results.
SABER grills are certified to the highest safety standards in the market ensuring safety and reliability, and the stainless steel used to produce SABER grills is guaranteed to be 304 commercial-grade. SABER grills pre-heat to searing temperatures within 12 minutes and offer an even heat. Reliable electronic ignition at each burner ensures an easy start every time, while a wide temperature range allows you to grill any way you’d like, from high-temperature searing to low-and-slow roasting. A patented closed-grate cooking system eliminates flare-ups and a multi-position warming rack enables slow roasting, warming and easy storage when not in use.

How do I routinely clean my grill?
Here are a few tips for keeping your grill working at peak performance:
After each use, turn the grill to HI and close the lid to burn off any food debris that remains on the grates. After about 15 minutes, the debris will turn to ash that can be easily removed with the Saber grate cleaning tool once the grill cools.
Follow up with a light coat of high-heat cooking oil to maintain the seasoning on the grates and protect the cooking surface.
Periodically remove the grates from the grill and clean the underlying emitter plates with a brush to remove debris.
To maintain your grill’s appearance, wash with mild detergent and warm water, or use a stainless steel grill polish. For a selection of grilling tools, including cooking and cleaning products, visit www.sabergrills.com.
Regularly inspect the burner tubes to ensure that there are no insects or blockages. Refer to your product guide for complete information.
If an LP cylinder is connected to the grill, store outdoors in a well ventilated space that is out of reach of children.
Do not mistake brown or black accumulation of grease and smoke for paint or porcelain. Apply a strong solution of detergent and water or use a grill cleaner with scrub brush on insides of grill lid and bottom. Rinse and allow to completely dry.
Do not apply a caustic grill/oven cleaner to painted surfaces.
Plastic parts: wash with warm soapy water and wipe dry. Do not use citrisol, abrasive cleaners, degreasers or a concentrated grill cleaner on plastic parts. Damage to and failure of parts can result.
Porcelain surfaces: because of glass-like composition, most residue can be wiped away with baking soda/water solution or specially formulated cleaner. Use non-abrasive scouring powder on stubborn stains.
Painted surfaces: wash with mild detergent or non-abrasive cleaner and warm soapy water. Wipe dry with a soft non-abrasive cloth.
Stainless steel surfaces: to maintain your grill’s high quality appearance, wash with mild detergent and warm soapy water and wipe dry with a soft cloth after each use. Baked-on grease deposits may require the use of a cleaning pad. Use only in direction of brushed finish to avoid damage. Do not use an abrasive cleaning pad on areas with graphics.
Cooking surfaces: if a bristle brush is used to clean and of the grill cooking surfaces, ensure no loose bristles remain on cooking surfaces prior to grilling. It is not recommended to clean cooking surfaces while the grill is hot. Remove cooking debris with the SABER Grate Cleaning Tool included with your grill.
Storing your grill
Clean cooking grates.
Store in dry place.
When LP cylinder is connected to grill, store outdoors in a well ventilated space and out of reach of children.
Cover grill if stored outdoors. Choose from a cover offered by the manufacturer.
Store grill indoors only if LP cylinder is turned off and disconnected, removed from grill and stored outdoors.
When removing grill from storage, follow “Cleaning the Burner Assembly” instructions before starting grill.
Cleaning the Burner Assembly
Follow these instructions to clean and/or replace parts of burner assembly or if you have trouble igniting grill.
1. Turn gas OFF at control knobs and LP cylinder or Natural Gas supply line.
2. Remover cooking grates and emitters.
3. Remover carryover tubes.
4. Detach electrode from burner with a flat blade screwdriver.
5. Carefully lift each burner up and away from valve openings.
a. We suggest three ways to clean the burner tubes. Use the one easiest for you.
i. Bend a stiff wire (a light weight coat hanger works well) into a small hook. Run the hook through each burner several times.
ii. Use a narrow bottle brush with a flexible handle (do not use a brass wire brush), run the brush through each burner tuber several times. iii. Wear eye protection: use and air hose to force air into the burner tube and out the burner ports. Check each port to make sure air comes out
